The land lady was super nice! She helped us book trips, answered all our questions about beaches and buses and everything, provided us with everything we needed (toilet paper, new towels, even beach towels). And it was very nice talking to her in general, about everything and nothing. She was very easy to talk to and very friendly. Such a lovely lady :) This place gives you the best of both worlds: you get all the comforts of being on holiday as a tourist, but you also get to experience the authenticity of Dubrovnic by living in the midst of the locals. Loved it! Such a lovely place close to everything: the beaches, the bus, the supermarket, the locals, even old town. If it weren’t so hot, we would’ve walked down to old town (15 min).

We didn’t dislike anything, except we were a bit surprised by all the stairs (87 in total - yes we counted ;) ). The land lady’s son was very kind to offer us some help with our luggage even though he had plenty of other things to do. Looking back, it was nice walking those stairs after a long and lazy day at the beach.

The view, the host (super nice!! and helpful), the apartment (super spacious, comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxed stay), the jacuzzi!!, the AC... And if you're travelling during the winter, take advantage of the fireplace. Plus, Ivana (the host) gave superb recommendations that we followed and were on point!

It's not that I didn't like it. It's just my personal opinion. I'm used to blinds and there were only curtains. Sun rises around 5:30 AM which can be a bit disturbing. Plus, it's 85 steps to get to the apartment.

The appartment was very spacious, clean and had beautiful view. The Host - Ivana - was very helpful and friendly. The location is good, not so far from the old town (25 min by walk) and - what is important - not so do overcrowded like in the city center. There are few beaches close and the restaurant 2 min walk.

There was no problem. Only it should be the described how to enter the appt (from the J.Jelacica street, by stairs - but it was not so tiring).

The apartment was spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The AC was excellent, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Bellevue Beach (highly recommend it) and close to Dubrovnik's Old Town. The apartment was well-equipped with all the facilities needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. It was a bit difficult to find a parking spot but we got lucky and managed to find a spot on the upper street, and finding the apartment initially was not easy. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend it

The location to centre city is by foot. Neighborhood safe to reach anytime of the day with close supermarket. The room are spacious and you can find most basic items in the kitchen for prepare a meal.

The apartment shows a nice balcony with a bubble pool but It is NOT available to all visitors. You gonna deal with a lot of steps to reach the place. No parking area. No sign available to reach easily the place. I got the keys by a child hands.

The apartment was cosy and conveniently located close to the old town and the bus station, which made getting around very easy. The stay was comfortable overall. The only things I missed were a clothes rack and a hair dryer , adding those would make the experience even better.

The place was very neat and clean! The host was very welcoming and helpfull with suggestions where to eat and what to visit! Even though it was a short stay, sure was a memorable one!

The rooms are spacious and very clean and organised, the host is wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was adequate and delicious. The view from the terrace faces the water, unfortunately the rooms do not have a sea view. The location itself is good, walking distance to nearby bus stop and if you are by car, there is a parking just below the lower street, not sure the immediate street below can be used for parking. The overall location is not so far from Old Town, but we would recommend the bus or your own vehicle, easier is a two wheeler if you only plan to stay in Dubrovnik. There is a small inconvenience of climbing at least 60 steps to the rooms, so if you have a disability or not very able to carry your luggage up the stairs, check with the host if they can help or avoid this location. Overall, good value stay especially during season, very helpful host, good spacious room with proper Air conditioner, adequate breakfast, also it has a kit if you are into cooking yourself, not many restaurants around, there is a nice pizza place just below the street. So highly recommended stay in Dubrovnik, if you don't mind the steps to reach the rooms.

Loved the view from the terrace of the port and the cruise ships. The apartment was spotless clean and spacious , shower was great, beds really comfy. Anna Maria, the owner was very friendly and helpful, and did a lovely continental breakfast , served on the terrace. The location is fine if you don’t mind steps. We thought it was great value for money, and a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The apartment is modern, designer chic and quite spacious. Really quite high class. The location is good for small restaurants and for 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. The breakfast was superb with everything we could wish for. The owner was helpful and friendly.

You need to focus on the instructions given to easily find where it is, between streets on two levels. This was fine in the daytime but might need attention in the dark. But a very minor matter that does not detract from this great place to stay.
