Hosts were lovely (even with our delays) and gave helpful tips. Terrace is nice and being able to use their beach towels was great. Good water pressure, and location is actually quite close to Old Town via some steps (~15 mins walk) but google maps didn't initially suggest this route. Local bakery and food places nearby are good too

Shared kitchen with one table, which is fine if you don't intend to cook big meals every day. Found it hard initially to get there (due to maps issues and bus line 7 running infrequently), but just catch another main bus line and walk the last 10-15 mins.

This is a family run inn and the family is very nice and helpful. We especially appreciated Niksa. It's in a residential neighborhood and from the balcony/patio, there's a beautiful view of the sea. The room was bright and clean. There's a communal kitchen and a grocery store close by, so we had a nice, light breakfast on the patio.

We took the #4 bus from the Old City, 3 stops away; <2 Euros, each. The walk to the inn from the bus stop is a steep climb with many stairs. Carrying our luggage was a bit challenging. Next time, we will take a taxi. Because we booked late, the only available room was the one with the bathroom across the hall. The inconvenience was remedied by the reasonable cost of the room.

- small fridge, but that didn't stop us from having fun so that doesn't count, - it would be nice to have hangers in the bathroom for clothes and towels - but this is also a minor detail,

A lovely little place just outside the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable with all you need for a few nights in Dubrovnik. Our room had a small balcony with a great view of the Adriatic Sea, which was definitely a plus. There’s also a shared kitchen where yon can cook or heat some water for some coffees. Our host Tonci was great and gave us some great advice that made our stay in the city much more enjoyable. If you don’t have a car, the establishment is some 15-20 away of the old town, and it’s very walkable with some stunning views along the way. There’s also a bus that leaves you a few stairs away. The lovely beach Bellevue beach is also close by. Overall we had a great time in Dubrovnik and in Villa Kate Dadic. Highly recommended and will definitely comeback when back at Dubrovnik.

It wasn't the rooms that made this stay so lovely, although they were quite nice (new modern bathroom in mine). My room had nice light and had a door that opened out onto the large terrace which is great for having breakfast etc. There is a common kitchen to make coffee, dinner or breakfast and have it on the terrace. There's parking available for your car. Best part was the host, he gave me a review on how to get around, including a bus that you can take right down to Old Town - it only costs 2-euro and although you can walk it in about 25 minutes, it's nice to take the bus coming back as it's uphill. So I don't have to use my car at all while there. He even gave me a ride on his motorcycle the first day so I knew where to go. He and his wife were lovely. I'm at

The only reason I didn't give this property a 10 is that the last half kilometer was a little tough to find and drive to. But the Google map is correct, and when I left I realized it probably wasn't so bad. The parking is directly in front of the building, which is good.

We had a really nice time at Villa Kate Dadić. The owners were really friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. Villa Kate Dadić itself was cozy and quiet. From the balcony you have a really nice view to the sea. Especially handy was the kitchen, we were allowed to use. We enjoyed a lot eating our breakfast on the balcony.

The property had everything we needed! Comfortable rooms, communal kitchen and wonderful terrace. They even supplied beach towels to use for the day, as well as sun cream and after sun.

The location was up a steep hill, so be prepared to WALK (much like the rest of Dubrovnik). Also, bed sheets could have been a little bit softer.

Good location - 25 mins walk from old town. 5 mins walk to a couple of restaurants. Convenience store very close/bigger store 15 min walk. Beds comfortable. WiFi and shower good. Host not on site but very responsive. Able to park outside off road There is a shared kitchen but small fridge in room

It is a little shabby but reasonable for the price

The host was very polite and provided us with lots of useful information on the city. The room and the bathroom were clean and had all facilities needed. The kitchen also had everything needed. Nice terrace outside. The beach was 5 mins away and the bus stop only a few minutes down the street. Perfect location.

The host was very friendly, lovely bloke. Left us fresh towels and toilet rolls. He also asked me do I like beer and of course I said yes and he gave me two cans from a local brewery.

I had to play around with the boiler in the bathroom to get the hot water going.
