Clean room, good location, brand new swimming pool, quiet terrace. Located right next to Dubrovnik center parking which is €20/day and only 20 mins walk to Dubrovnik old town. Perfect if you need to park your car for a day and walk around the city

no kettle, mini fridge or any utensils in the room but hosts were happy to provide it

The family who is owner was very nice and helpful, they asked many times if we are ok or we need anything, I had the room with little kitchen so it was very convinient with the kid, centre was not too far either, I took taxi it was like €10-11 euros. Loved the swimming pool. The market was very close to the accomodation.

The price is high for 1 night stay I paid €98. Everything else was good. 😊

A fantastic holiday was had by myself and my 2 sons. Good location. Bus to old town only minutes away, make sure you go in the right direction as its on a loop? Supermarket next door. Harbour and many good resteraunts very close by. Our hosts were always there with a smile and a hello. The pool and shaded terrace was put to good use. For the price it was great. We had a couple of problems which were sorted out straight away.

The location was very good. You can walk to the old city or take bus. The owner was very nice, we came in middle of the night, even late by 1 hour, but they were waiting for us. Everything was clean and room was quite big. We could also leave our baggage with owner while we went out during our last day, as we were flying in evening. Also you have grocery shops and other shops really close.

Cheap accomodation for Dubrovnik! Great hostess! Very accomodating made us coffee/beer on arrival/breakfast! Walk to old town/bus just around corner! Super Market next door! Great cafe/restaurants walking distance

A little hard to find! However we had walked from main bus station! If you find No. 8 Sipcine ul walk past and up driveway to back of large building, then up the stairs! Street is right behind Studenac!

The apartment, although a little hard to find, is located within walking distance of the bus station, the Old Town and the Lapad area of Dubrovnik. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was very clean, and the WiFi was strong. The bathroom was small, and to get hot water out of the shower, the immersion heater needed to be turned on. The little swimming pool was glorious to swim in on a hot day! The owner spoke little English, but was friendly and courteous; she offered to make me Croatian coffee every the morning - a hospitable gesture.

The property was easy to find with a gorgeous pool right outside of the apartment. The owner was lovely and very kind to us, even offering us a coffee and a good conversation at check out. There was Beautiful planters around the yard. Nice clean facilities with comfy beds and everything you would need to have a great stay in Dubrovnik. Would come back anytime I am in the area.

We were staying there for one night and it was perfect! The pool was lovely and the room had everything we needed for our short stay. Was easy to get to the old town on the bus, only a couple of stops.

There was mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceilings

Excellent accommodation well located at walking distance from the old city of Dubrovnik. The owners are very flexible and even arranged to save a free parking spot nearby when we arrived. We had the cheap little room with no kitchen... but we were allowed to use their private fridge! So this was really a cool experience! Value for money really good.

It could certainly be a little bit cleaner...

The room was good, the air conditioner was great, the bathroom was clean but we ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find the host, the pool and outdoor area was excellent and access to the kitchen was also a great help.

The shower leaked and there was always water on the floor, also it would be good if there was a fan in the bathroom or if the window could be opened as the humidity in the room made all of our clothes damp.
