The staff were so lovely and Paola went out of her way to help us after our rental car company let us down. Room was really comfortable and an easy walk to Bellevue beach and the old town.

It was difficult to communicate with the host on our way to the apartment, to inform her that we were coming late than expected. The phone indicated in reservation is the land line, so we were not able to use WhatsApp. In Dubrovnik stairs are everywhere. To rich the Old city you need to make 281 stairs. It is not that I did not like. This is the reality.

Amazing location and the property was great! Very clean, very close to the old town and lots of beaches accessible via Uber (all below €10). There are shops and restaurants in the area and Paola and her grandma were the sweetest people! They were incredibly friendly and helpful with any queries we had. I would definitely recommend and come back if possible

It is a house with a terrace in front. So you can sit outside and relax. The area is very calm. It was very quite during the night. It is self check in with a code so it is convenient. The location is good, on a walkable distance to the old town . There is climbing only in font of the house, the way to the old town is pleasant, not steep at all. There is a big shop ,a pizzeria and cafe bar nearby.

A net for the mosquitos can be added. Few bulbs have to be changed and the sink tab has to be repaired

Close to the centre, a bit of a walk uphill on the way back. Has parking, but the road is VERY small and the space is also limited (for 2 cars). If you have a big car you might have a BIG problem reaching the house, parking and leave. The room is clean. The lady is nice but she does basically speak no English. She will still give you basic info and she is lovely otherwise.

Not easy to find as not well signalled when coming with the car (we had to ask a man to help us). Small parking (but all city is tricky with parking - it is a nightmare so we did not more the car at all).

Very beautiful terrace and good location, near old town, beach, bus stop, markets, and places where you can get food. Air conditioning unit worked well.

Room doesn't have a window, which can be seen in the pictures, but it can be really annoying when trying to vent the room. Also some cutlery would be nice or at least two tea spoons.

Everything was perfect, Paola and Nana were great hosts. Will definitely book this place again if ever in dubrovnik.

The accommodation is a 15min walk to the old town and 15min walk to the harbour, for us this was the ideal location. With the huge plus, the beautiful view from the terrace. This was perfect for an evening drink at sunset. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And finally, the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, despite her lack of English.

It is always a tiring trip to the accommodation, because you have to do a lot of stairs (but the view more than makes up for it!). In addition, the refrigerator made quite a bit of noise, but it didn't ruin our sleep.

The location is excellent, the host is really nice and helpful, the room is clean.

The view from the balcony is blocked by a house located just in front.

The host was very nice and received us with a beer and juice. She allowed us to have an early check in. Close to the apartment are many restaurants and the beech it’s very close too. I loved it
