This place is stunning. Location is up a hill, however only 10 mins from the old town. Yes, there are lots of steps, however you can break part of your journey back by using the slope instead and then the last 107 steps back up to the hotel or Uber is super cheap. We walked there and back most days. A very simple choice with breakfast but lovely and you can have fizz with that. It only has 20 rooms and when we arrived we were there with a few other guests. The staff are super helpful and will help with anything. There are so many places to eat in the old town and every meal we had was superb. We love to walk and there are a lot of steps around the old town, so have good walking shoes and a good set of knees. Loved Dubrovnik and Palace Natali was the icing on the cake.

Loved everything

This hotel is the epitome of relaxation. With just 21 rooms over such a large space you’re often on your own or feel quite isolated in a good way amongst such beautiful surroundings. Dubrovnik is so busy with so much going on so it’s lovely to get such a large space to relax. The pool and the facilities at the pool are the best. Super comfy loungers and sofa loungers with fresh hot or cold water on tap along with a shower and toilet and loads of spare towels, robes etc. We never had to compete for a sunbed either and one day the pool was slightly busy when everyone collided randomly in a perfect storm but everyone still had space. In the evening they lay out blankets and pillows on the lawn so you can watch the sunset and the sky. We did originally want to stay in Old Town but were so glad we stayed here as it was a peaceful escape from the city. You can walk in and back if you don’t mind a climb but an Uber is only €7-€15. Seriously one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was supreme and always filled us ready for a big day. A real boutique vibe of exclusivity. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Although the food looked lovely at the hotel I did find it out of our price range and smaller bites like the sandwich were very expensive at €25. I can understand the need to make a unique dining experience in the evening but when you’re chilling at the hotel in the day and want a little snack it would be nice to get something for under €15.

This hotel is phenomenal. There’s honestly no words to describe how much we loved our stay. The staff were so lovely and attentive. The property is breathtaking - we could not have dreamed of a better honeymoon destination. I know some people commented on the walk into Old Town which I was originally worried about. But if you have been to Positano, Sorrento or Santorini this walk is nothing. The breakfast is amazing (perfectly curated) and each day, no matter how much time we spent at the beach, we always ended with an hour or two at the pool as it always had the best service, the best view, and it always had the perfect temperature. We cannot wait to return hopefully sometime in the near future.

We have just returned from a 3-night break at the beautiful Palace Natali, which surpassed our expectations on every level! It is a truly stunning hotel, and a haven of tranquility and charm. From the elegant and classy interior design, to the friendly staff, the stunning location and every attention to detail, we could not find any fault. Every one of the staff we encountered made us feel special from the moment we arrived and could not do enough to make our stay memorable, from the booking of excursions, restaurant recommendations and reservations to the beautiful birthday cake to celebrate our son’s birthday - all so thoughtful! It is accessible to the Old Town in about 20 minutes, though a steep climb on the way back, but well worth it for the serene location and beautiful views. Thank you ‘Team Palace Natali’ for making our stay truly memorable and for demonstrating what exceptional customer service is all about.

This property is grand, exquisite and a 10/10, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, the views from our room were gorgeous, we loved this place so much, we even extended our trip by a day and the staff was helpful in accomodating us. we used the facilities like the pool, sauna, jacuzzi throughout our stay and it was all very clean and the best part of the stay was the impeccable service from the staff.. breakfast was fresh and delicious.. very easy to go down to the city centre within 10 mins of walk..the staff was so attentive and caring, we loved our stay!

Nothin at all, it was perfect from start to end.

We had an amazing room in the main building with lots of character. It felt like our own private villa at times as was so peaceful and we could walk out of our door straight into a lounge and then into the garden. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Originally were put into a suite in the annex but this room was boring with no view.

The hotel was impeccably clean.

The lunchtime menu was limited in choice as was breakfast selection. The hotel itself was beautiful but for us it was a little too remote. There wasn't anywhere to sit in the evening for a pre dinner or after dinner drink and we found it a little too quiet for us.

Palace Natali is easily one of the most beautiful properties we've ever stayed at. The grounds are truly palatial! The pool was gorgeous and they know how to make a great cocktail, too. It's peaceful escape. The staff was super attentive... they even prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we had an early morning tour to Mostar. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the Walled City and easy access to the main road that goes to DBV. This place is a gem. There's only 20 rooms, so plan ahead... you'll be happy you did.
