The location is in the walking distance to the old town (~14min). The bad was comfortable and the facilities were okay. Owners are polite. They preheated our room before our arrival. Also dishwasher was a great plus!

It can get a bit loud since it is near the main road. Also heating over AC unit was a bit bad, it was releasing strange sounds (that can affect your sleep) and blowing with some kind of odd interruptions. There was a kitchen hood, which we thought it was great - but we noticed just it actually wasn’t connected to the ventilation system, so all the smells just spread across the room, so just a heads up for anyone who is planning on cooking something. The shower protection glass wasn’t full width, so all the water just spread all over the bathroom, which is okay in the summer I guess, but during the winter it made our usage of the bathroom a bit hard.

No city view as in listing - only other apartments We were offered a transfer as taking the bus was a “horrible idea”. However we did so and also paid for our own Uber and it was much cheaper than the offer from the host We chose not to stay inside the walls as we had luggage but just know, everytime you want to go in town it’s a hike back. About 15 minutes and so many stairs. And it was peak summer so it’s boiling!

Great location, comfortable, and clean! AC worked great and nice staff.

I would say the only thing is the room advertised a balcony with ‘city view’ but we had an outdoor space facing the next door apartment, hardly any view. But we didn’t mind!

The location of the apartament is great! You can reach old town in aproximately 10-15 min. There is possibility also to walk to different beaches in similar walking time in different directions so apartment is kind of in the middle of them. Also there is opportunity to be picked up by staff from airport for extra charge and it was nice and worth to use! Towels and bed sheets are also taken out by cleaners if you staying longer period.

Sound isolation on the ceiling is pretty bad because you can hear every step, even wake up from it. There are rooms above and also stairs close to the doors, so everytime someone is walking/running in apartment above or stairs you can hear it or even wake up from it.

Affordable for Dubrovnik. Clean. Ok location. 12 minutes walk to Old Town. More like 18 minutes back due to uphill climb. Not too many restaurants nearby.

No cleaning for all five days. Not even cleaning supplies for us to use. No beach towels. Toilet was wall mounted and sounded like it was loose. Also kitchen sink faucet was loose. Reported both butt nobody fixed them. Didn't affect our use but weird that you don't jump on fixing stuff.

Good instructions with pictures to retrieve keys from lock box. Great location to walk to Old Town. The apartment was nice, clean and had a balcony with a water view. I would definitely stay here again for the location and the convenience of having a small kitchen.

While the location is great, it's on a busy street so be prepared for street noise. This didn't disrupt our sleep though. The mattress was very saggy and not very comfortable. There was someone parked in our reserved spot when we arrived but I messaged the host and it was quickly removed.

We liked how comfortable it was. The apartment had everything we need plus more. The balcony views were amazing as well!!. We also loved how hospitable the owners were. He was so kind to give us airport transfers and he was just so hospitable. He gave really good recommendations about Dubrovnik and the area. The location was pretty decent as it was 10 minutes (walk) from the old town. There was a nice little supermarket and bakery that was 5 minutes away.

One thing we didn’t like about the property was how busy the roads were. At the night you could hear how loud the stop light was. You get used to the sound so it wasn’t really a problem. Overall everything was pretty good.

Clean..Modern. 10 minutes walking downhill or downstairs to Old Town. Bakery and market nearby.

Parking fee is not necessary. It's private property. Better towels would be nice.

Loved our stay. Instructions sent beforehand were very clear and helpful. We reserved parking and paid at the garage below. Reasonable price for parking in Dubrovnik. Easy to find. Parking was tight but easy enough. Room was big, clean and comfy. Wifi was quick. Nice to have a balcony and view was lovely - road didn't bother us. Walk into town was steep but we knew that. Supermarket just down the road. If we ever return then we'd book again.

Other guests came back at 3am and were very loud. The entrance area echos so it was quite annoying but not the owners fault.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Has all the kitchen equipment you need if you choose to self cater. Wi-Fi was excellent and the TV reception was good(football)! It is a 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

We stayed in room 15 and the huge, heavy terrace tilt and turn door had come off the top hinge when we arrived and we felt it very dangerous. It had to be opened and shut very carefully. We reported to manager, but had no response. One of the shower doors is missing and the floor got very wet.
