Great space, clean and spacious. With outside balcony. Dominic was a great host meeting us at the location.

I thought I booked a balcony with a view of the coastline which was the reason I booked this location and apparently the one I selected is not the one in the reviews. It’s not convenient to the town without walks up and down stairs so I ended up spending at least $500 in taxis. The agency they use to coordinate made things too complicated to check in requiring signing up for an account and clicking links / signing up for account to get basic info. Dominic was great once he was in contact.

We received very good instructions how to reach the property, since it has a special location, being located on a "street of stairs". We walked to the centre in the morning, it was an easy and relatively short walk. On the way back we took bus number 3 as suggested by our host, which worked out well after all the walks in the city. Warning: first the bus goes to a completely different direction than expected, however don't panic. After a few turns and about 15-20 minutes, it will get to the bus stop you want to get off

We had the downstairs property, which had somewhat less view than we would have expected based on the photos, but it didn't cause a real problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host, Dominik, was exceptionally helpful, providing all the essential information we needed. Although the Old Town is about a 15-minute walk away, with some stairs at the beginning, it's mostly flat afterward. We had no trouble bringing a lightweight buggy along. Getting back to the apartment is convenient with either a bus or Uber. The view from the terrace is stunning, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine.

You have to walk around 8minutes to reach the nearest supermarket and then while returning back climb the stairs.

It is a very nice place. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need, even oil and some spices. The place is spacious and clean. Our room had no view, but there was a wonderful terrace just outside the door with a breathtaking view. Yes, it is on top of the hill, and there are many stairs to take if you want to reach a bakery or a grocery shop. However, it is worth the trouble. Nothing is too far in Dubrovnik, it is walkable if you have strong knees and good shoes. Bring your own shampoos/shower gels, etc. There is only a hand soap in the bathrooom. Be out of the apartment at 10am sharp. We were given an impatient look by the lady who came to clean vacant units at 10:15am. I would definitely come back. Thank you for hosting us.

The guest house is located on the top of city, next to the main motorway. If you have a car then it is perfect, the parking is right next to the main way and there is free parking included. You would need to take no more than 10 steps down and you are home.

In case you did not come with a car, the staircase to move around could be a bit painful. But then Uber can take you around within 10 EUR.

Fantastic apartment - very spacious and clean. The apartment was well furnished and provided everything we could possibly need from washing machine, kettle, all the cutlery and pans you could need, TV etc. The terrace was an added bonus with wonderful views of Dubrovnik (and sunset!). There are some decent takeaways nearby that deliver for free and affordable (use Wolt) - nice to eat out on the terrace once in a while. The apartment is also about 18 minutes away from Old Town and two beaches. Sanj beach is about 26 minutes by walking. The hosts - Dominic and his family- were very friendly and always keen to help! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

As the hotel is on a hill be prepared to walk up and down many steps! It’s a good idea to walk to Old Town and take a taxi back (5-6 euros but can go up to 10 euros during peak hours).

We loved this accommodation. The person who met us was friendly and efficient, and gave us very helpful local information. There was a nice terrace space for relaxing on, and the car parking spot was convenient to the road. The apartment was bright and cheery with good space, and a short - though steep! - walk to the old town. There was a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was just as described, clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful. However, be ready for a hike if you dont have a car. Getting to the old town from the apartment is easy as it is down hill and takes 15-20 minutes. Dubrovnik is built on a hill and getting to the apartment from the old town includes climbing many many steep stairs which makes it a 30 minute hike. We ended up using a taxi to return to the apartment every time as the price is comparable to bus prices if you travel as a group.

Lovely views! Quiet space, hosts were very kind and accommodating. Free parking. It is quite literally at the top of the city, you can't go any further up! So be prepared for not just the steps but every single one of them.

Although the exterior view from the patio is absolutely gorgeous, you're in a bit of a half basement sort of space under the parking. You can't hear anything above you but it makes it a bit dark inside.

Excellent location! We really appreciated that the property was easily accessible without having to climb many stairs, a rare find in this city. The balcony view was absolutely stunning; we watched the sunset two nights in a row, and it was truly unforgettable. The host is nice and helpful too.
