Good value ( for Dubrovnik). The walk into the old town was pleasant and not as long or as difficult as expected what with all the hills! Clean, tidy and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay.

The hot water in the shower and the hairdryer both stopped working if used on high. The hot water didn’t last very long at all. People who worked for or owned the property were constantly pottering outside my window on the terrace so it was difficult to relax in my room or on the terrace and enjoy peace and quiet. It felt like I didn’t have much privacy too.

Property was in a nice area about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. If you prefer walking its about a 25 minute walk to the old town, 40 minutes to Banje beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. AC worked fantastically. I had everything I needed I including a nice balcony. Valerjia was amazing. Communicated with me before, during and after my stay, very friendly and hospitable. .

All was good! Other reviews have commented that getting to the property is a steep climb. Yes, it is uphill, but it's not a difficult walk. Might be a little rough with baggage but even then it's manageable. I wouldn't let it put you off from booking here.

Everything was great. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean, AC working well. I appreciated enough space for drying my stuff when coming from the beach. I didn’t meet the host because of late check-in but I found everything ok. The closest grocery store is right next door.

The location is a bit complicated, Dubrovnik has a lot of hills and this accommodation is on the hill as well - 252 stairs upwards from the port. City center and beaches are quite far, better to use public transport (better get some multi-day pass)

Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour, main bus stations, and nearby supermarkets. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I would absolutely love to come back!

A nice room, perfect size for 1 person. A/C working perfectly. Lovely terrace outside with a shade from the fruit orchard. Quiet area. A small grocery store around the corner. Plenty of cooking equipment, dishes and cutlery. Also Valerija was able to provide me with an iron, even though it's not included in the list of facilities. Thank you!

Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe. Also please note there is no freezer. The rest was great!

Very clean and we got answers fast always when needed. The view was nice and there are enough restaurants and facilities close. One can leave the bags in a storage room for the extra time there. Very easy to the main bus station.

After three minutes showering, water gets cold. And then for the next person to shower with warm water it's necessary to wait for at least half an hour... Buses are complicated from there (only passes each 30min).

The room was a good size for two people. Beds aren't very comfortable however the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. We had one day where the bins in the kitchen weren't changed so had a little bit of a smell but otherwise very good. Location is about a 6 minute drive from the old town

Beds weren't very comfortable The bus route that was advised by the hosts weren't very reliable so we had to use uber a lot, but that's very cheap.

We enjoyed this accommodation for it's location. Very central/ between Old Town and the Port. We were able to walk to Old Town Dubrovnik though did take approx 30 mins and had numerous hills/stair cases. Alternatively, we caught the local bus most times. The bus stop was a short 2 min walk from the accomm and was simple to catch, we were able to get in to Old Town and back on line number 8. It took about 15 mins. The bus cost was approx 4 Euro for 2 people (with change). We could walk to the port, approx 10mins where a lot of day tours would pick us up. The room also had a small grocery store approx 30 second walk away. The room itself was clean and tidy. Very small (about the size of a master bedroom in a family home) though comfortable enough for us to leave our bags and walk around the bed space etc. The room was lockable and the host allowed us to use a fridge and the washing machine. The host also offered to collect us from the airport (approx 30 min drive) for 30 Euro for 2 people. The host answered our questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating for any requests we had. The wifi and air-conditioning was excellent.

We could hear a lot of noise from other guests/tenants of the rooms. However, this was not the fault of the accommodation and more of the people. When we approached them about the noise, they were very apologetic and rectified the issue the following evenings.

I arrived at the property at night around 9 pm. I didn't see how to enter the property. I asked the manager by WhatsApp, then she replied and helped me immediately. That was very helpful!! ☺️

Just a little far from the old town. But there are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. That is very convenient.

The room was clean ,Valerija was good to respond to anything inconvenient..The location was good although very hilly so be prepared. There is bus nr 8 that goes to old town same coming back. The bakery down the road was super. Fresh bread you could smell it walking pas.

The bed made a horrible noise every time you turn. They need to try it and check that.
