The owners were wonderful and very helpful whenever I needed something or had a question. The room was perfect for my stay and was very clean. They were very attentive to the guest's needs and cleanliness of the unit as a whole. The location is around a 25 minute walk to Old Town and the walk was not bad at all. There is public transport to get you to Old Town as well. The owners are helpful in providing that information. The location in itself was located near supermarkets and restaurants. I would recommend staying here!

The accommodation here is incredibly comfortable—so much so that I even gave up part of my itinerary just to sleep in a little longer. The room is clean and equipped with heating, the bathroom is spotless, and the water heater provides ample hot water. While the bed might not be the most comfortable for some, it’s perfectly fine for me. Most importantly, this place is far from the bustling city center, making it exceptionally quiet—literally, not a sound to be heard.

This place is really far from the old town—it takes nearly an hour to walk there. But I was aware of this beforehand, and it’s both a pro and a con. The location makes it exceptionally quiet and affordable. However, if you’re a traveler catching a bus early the next morning, it’s a different story. From here, it’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the Dubrovnik main bus station, and you can enjoy scenic views of the sea along the way.

Good location. Buses and supermarket close by. The price was outstanding. They also have coffee making and microwave facilities so you could make your own meals. There is direct access to a patio and I had breakfast there a few times. Lastly the owners kept the shared bathroom very clean.

I didn't dislike the rooms but they are very basic/no-frills. But you get what you paid for because it was an excellent value. I'd prefer to spend money on other things personally. The rooms are also in close proximity to one another so you can hear when others are talking on the phone.

The gardens and balcony were beautiful. The atmosphere is homely and calm. The hostess was very polite. She allowed me to put my baggage, use the toilet and freshen up (as I came in before the allowable check-in time) before I went to explore the old town. There is also privacy. You can have flavored tea and chocolates for free. There is a microwave and a water heater in the common passage. The room has a radiator for heating. Also has a basin for face wash in the room. And the mattress is very comfy. All in all I like it and would like to thank the hosts.

Excellent location - a couple of stops from the Old Town. Its own atmosphere, cafes, pizzerias, supermarkets - everything is nearby. 15-20 minutes to the bus station. Spacious room with sink, refrigerator, air conditioning, table, chairs. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs, a drying rack, the view is amazing, the birds are singing, there is greenery. A wonderful host, he met us and told us everything. In the courtyard there is a terrace with a swing, tables, chairs. Very comfortable. Tea, coffee, sweets, microwave included.

The room is clean and comfortable. There's even a balcony! There's a wash basin inside the room and that's very convenient. The shared bathroom is very clean. In the hallway you can find a microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster, tea bags and instant coffee, cups and silverwares. Well-equipped guesthouse. The place is run by a nice family.

Just note that the location of the guesthouse is a bit uphill and involves taking steps. It's 20 minutes walk from the bus station, 30 minutes from the old town.

Clean, spacious, flexible check-in and check out. Chose this apartment as it was in between old town and bus terminal, about 20 minutes walk from one another. Convenient to have a sink and mirror in the room. There were 2 shared toilets shared among 4 rooms in total, but there was no clash during my stay when used in the beginning and end of day. Shared toilet was also clean and toilet rolls replaced very timely. Went during the transition from winter to spring and the heater and aircon unit worked very well. Hot water was present all the time as the owner left the water heater turned on 24/7. Would recommend this apartment.

Sound proofing not the most ideal but managed to sleep throughout the nights as the neighbourhood is generally quiet and the other guests were considerate.

It might be a good idea to add a fan in the small bedroom, as it gets quite hot and stuffy at night. It was more comfortable sleeping in the living room with the air conditioning.

We didn’t particularly like the location, as it was quite difficult to walk up with our suitcases, but this is normal for Croatia. That said, we were satisfied with the value for money.

Brilliant location - right by the bus that takes you to the old town in 15-20 minutes. Host was friendly and checked on the apartment a lot to make sure it was clean and everything was okay. Loved the balcony and the bed was comfy. Great stay

Just wish there was an oven to use however there was a microwave, fridge, kettle and toasty machine so not a huge issue!

The host was super nice and made sure everything was good for us! We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is walkable or you can take the bus #8 but its a bit steppy so have confortable shoes. The host will explain to you everything concerning transportation but its super accessible. There's a supermarket and bakery just down the street!
