Modern hotel. The hotel is located a bit outside the center within 10 minutes to walk. Very large and spacious room. The room was very well equipped and designed. Good soundproofing inside and outside. Very large bathroom with good quality shower and towels and even a bidet. Very large and comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Strong WiFi throughout the hotel.

Two roads pass by the hotel. Every time a car drives over a manhole cover, there is a very loud clacking noise that is disturbing even with the soundproof window closed, especially at night. Disappointing breakfast, little choice. Lighting: Many LEDs in the room but still rather dark. Neither air-con nor fan did work. So it was rather hot in the room.

Nothing ... maybe some outdoor chairs and table for balcony would be nice.

In a quiet, non-touristy/party part of town, but not too far away. Really nice linen. Good breakfast. New interior.

The balcony is not meant to be used/useless (no chair or anything, glass everything, it would be a very social experience with other hotel guests and the residents in the area). The air conditioning is underdimensioned, especially if you arrive in the evening. The AC only works if the room key is in the room. The theoretically good room door has a 1cm gap at the bottom - you'll know what's happening in the hallway. An impressive number of flickering lights in the hallway. Parking is free, but also freely accessible to everyone.

The room size is good, the bathroom size is big. Clean and comfortable.

Slower compartments need improvement to avoid water splashing and wet the bathroom. Lighting insufficient.

Beautiful hotel on a quiet side of town. The staff was extremely kind and always with a smile. This is enough to overlook the small imperfections of the hotel. The hotel parking was sufficient for fewer cars than the number of rooms. Fortunately, there was a free parking space next to the hotel.

The reading spot lights next to the bed did not work. Also, I would like the breakfast to be richer and to have more types of coffee. There was only filter coffee.

This is a hotel which has been superbly designed with lovely modern and contemporary details. The reception staff, especially, Jouana (hope I get the spelling right) was one of the most friendly I found on my trip to Balkans.

The hotel is run in an endearingly whimsical manner which in a way adds to the experience. Some minor improvements in administration and it can be a full 10 rating.

Air conditioning didn't work well. There is no trash bin in the room. In the bathroom, there are no places to leave your staff, even though the bathroom is large.

Excellent staff and enviroment of the hotel. Room was big, quiet and very good value for.your money!
