Beautiful hotel complex south of Dubrovnik, right by the sea. Very well-kept surroundings, several restaurants, swimming pools, beautiful gardens! Cars in the parking lot were protected from direct sunlight by awnings from above. Parking was included in the price of the stay. The promenade along the sea is long and very pleasant. The sea was clean and the beach is suitable for small children with a gradual descent. A small port (approximately 350 meters from the hotel) - from where regular boat transfers to Dubrovnik operated. The price of a return ticket for an adult was 15, - euros and the cruise lasted approximately 30 minutes. The Catholic church is approximately 200 meters from the hotel as the crow flies. The hotel, dining room and rooms in the hotel were very clean, the staff was very nice and polite. There are 2 fast elevators in the hotel. The food was very tasty and varied, and was served to the counters on time. We had a small refrigerator in the room. In my opinion, the hotel exceeds the level of the declared 3-star hotel. It provides its services at a high professional level, is empathetic to clients and values them. Regarding our stay, my husband and I would like to thank the general manager Željko Miletič for the bottle of champagne and a cake with a candle for my birthday, our maid DANIJELA for the exemplary care of our room during our stay, as well as all the other hotel employees who contributed to our wonderful, undisturbed and unforgettable vacation. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back again.

The indoor pool could have sea water. Evening drinks are at an additional cost.

It's right on the beach (pebble, so bring your swim shoes) in a beautiful quiet bay. Nice path to stroll in the evening past the restaurants and bars). Beautiful views especially at sunset. Ferry to Dubrovnik and surrounding islands 5 mins from hotel. Dinner at the hotel was surprisingly good with a nice verandah overlooking the bay. We had a lovely sea view from our room, despite just booking a standard annexe room. The room was cleaned daily and you can hire beach towels which can be exchanged daily.

Had to pay for water with dinner. Also need to do the pool run at 8am to reserve beds....everyone does this, if you don't you will be forced onto the beach and have to pay €28 for 2 beds and a parasol. The pool is right at the beach, so you still get the view. We were caught out on our 1st morning, so if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

Stayed in a Superior Annex sea view room and we were delighted with our room. Annex is only a short walk from main hotel. Sea view from balcony was fantastic. Room had a small fridge and air con was a bonus as weather was so hot. Pool area was very well maintained. Staff very helpful. Breakfast options were good quality.

Only small thing is I would have preferred a bath sheet instead of a bath towel as towel seemed quite small.

The room was clean with a balcony view and had great air conditioning. The room was serviced every day and supplied with a kettle for tea and coffee including a small fridge. The breakfast and dinner was buffet style and superb. and included if our half board. There was something there for everyones taste buds. You could eat inside or outside on the balcony which had a lot of tables with a great view over the sea. There is a large outdoor pool area and a free spa area inside with sauna, steam room and indoor pool plus treatments which are at an extra cost. There is a bar in the hotel but quite expensive. There are restaurants at the hotel which can be booked and you pay for if you don't have meals included. The staff were amazing on reception and always ready to help and the girls cleaning the rooms were lovely.

Alcoholic drinks were expensive at meal times but you couldn't even have glass or jug of tap water and had to buy bottled water which was the cheapest on the drinks list. The buffet style restaurant was a bit bland in decor and reminded me of a school canteen but it was very functional as there was a continuous turnover of guests coming to eat during the evening.

Beautiful hotel over looking the beach. The true highlight however is the staff. Every single one of them was so attentive, kind, and friendly.

Accommodation was clean and modern. Staff very friendly and always willing to help with anything. Location was relatively quiet, great to have sea right next to the pool. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and staff very efficient at clearing up. The hotel room teams were amazing - most days our room was cleaned and fresh towels and beds made when we got back from breakfast. Very hard working people.

Paving and steps around the grounds needed some attention as were trip hazards, but to be fair there were a lot of maintenence men around fixing various things every day. It was obvious that the hotel took a lot of pride in their site.

I liked the location , it is pretty close to the sea , also the piol was clean and well maintained , we took a half board and it had a variety of options, I also liked the evening kids club. The staff was really helpful , and never hesitated to help, also I booked daily tours from the hotel which arrived on time , one to mostar and kravice waterfalls and the 2nd one with roberto to konavle , he was really gr8 , he explained everything about history, took us to wonderfull places.

The only thing that I didn't like is paying over drinks including water and soft drinks for dinner

The location was superb, the beach was beautiful and direct access was great. The staff were friendly and I the hotel communal areas were clean. The showers in the room are very nice. Very close to airport. I would say the beautiful waters and location and a pretty good hotel. Would definitely visit again

As much as I loved the stay, there were few things that could be improved. The food wasn't that great (buffet) more focused on presentation than taste, not bad but not what you pay for either, it is 28euros per person so you expect more. Most of the plates were dirty in buffet area. Almost same thing each day with a few changes. The salads were super dry and covered in flies so I stayed away from those. Making a double bed out of two single beds is the most uncomfortable thing as you keep falling into the gap and it is really uncomfortable. the rooms are pretty small. had no space to even put luggage.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was average size but very comfortable, great shower. Cleaned every day or just fresh towels if you didn't want a full clean. Breakfast was adequate each morning, food was fresh and plentiful We didn't eat the dinner buffet but did dine at their other 2 restaurants and enjoyed the food in both Pool was lovely, we had no problem getting beds at any time of the day. We never queued in the mornings Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back

Nothing we loved it

We spend 7 nights here and everything was perfect. Breakfasts and dinners were varied with everything you need. Very good and fresh meals and vegetables, fruits and delicious cookies. The room is renovated, very clean and with a great view of the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this hotel and recommend it to friends and family.
