The apartment was spotless and had everything you need. The big bonus for this apartment was the view from the balcony, overlooking the sea and mountains and in an ideal location to see the spectacular sunsets. The lady on reception was excellent (don't know how to spell her name so won't try). She was contactable all day and answered all our questions straight away. The airport transfer organised by the accommodation was very efficient, we were allowed to change our departure time at the last minute without any problems. You are within walking distance of beaches and the small town centre and harbour, which have all the facilities you need.

Quite a lot of building going on in the area but this has no impact on the Pervanovo apartment.

I had an amazing stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment’s location was absolutely perfect—close to all the main attractions of Lapad, in a peaceful and relaxed area. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and always being available for any needs. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would definitely stay here again!

Host was very nice, we were delayed due to flight cancellation. She waited for us till evening and delivered the key and other details. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. There was no cleansing done during our stay

There was no cleansing done during our stay as it could be due to the reason we only stayed for 2 days. It is pretty far off from the Castle. You need to take the bus 6 which would take atleasy 15-20 mins to reach. The worst part is, those buses are over crowded and in the night you might have to take the taxi as you cannot even board the bus.

We loved everything about our stay.The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and with lovely views from the balcony. We stayed early July and it was so peaceful and relaxing and we heard no noise from the other apartments. Air-con worked well. Some reviews have complained about lack of view but I liaised with Pervanovo at the time of booking and they couldn't have been more helpful (thank you Vinka!). The location is great, perched at the top of the hill with lovely views to the sea and great sunsets. There's a small shop two mins away and a larger one 5 mins away, the beach is just over 5 mins and the main restaurants about 10-15 mins. Lapad is a great balance of feeling like a holiday resort in its own right but being close to the Dubrovnik old town. We used Ubers which were good value but be prepared for traffic as you approach the old town. It was a great holiday with teenagers as the apartment had plenty of room and there was lots to see and do. Finally thanks to Erika at Pervanovo for being extremely friendly and helpful and always available for questions.

Absolutely nothing!

That was perfect for 7 people! 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 3 WC, shower, bath and the terrace. The last was most wonderful with sea view and sunset. Great hospitality and quick answers to all questions that we had.

None. Everything was so great that there is nothing what we could mention. We lived in the 3rd floor (we did not know) but with great view - cannot be better! Climbing for young family or older people could be an obstacle but for us was great and if needed there were other apartments in lower floors.

What a surprise this was - although I have been to Dubrovnik with students dozens of times, this is the first time I stayed up the hill from the Uvula, and I do not regret it. First: every apartment has an assigned parking place, which makes everything so much easier, especially when you're in a 21 person bus. Second: Erika was our check-in person, and she was AWESOME. We all fell in love with her immediately. She was efficient and sweet and then, when I had a sick student who had to stay in bed one day, Erika told me I could give the student her number in case of emergency. There was no emergency, but it was such a relief to know that we had another person to help if needed. Third: the Uvula, the bus stop, a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach are only a few minutes walk away. Fourth: a sweet cat visited our terrace. I know not everyone will find that to be a bonus, but our apartment of cat lovers thought it was fantastic.

The apartment was very comfortable and with 36 degrees outside it was nice and cool inside with air conditioning units in every room. Car parking was without problems in front of the apartment. There was plenty of space in the apartment and also a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer. The view from the balcony was fantastic, especially during sunset.

The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood but restaurants & decent shops are at least 1 km away. Which means you have to walk 1km uphill to the apartment or take an Uber for 10 EUR.

Descent Stay in Dubrovnik. We have hired two apartments considering a group of 9 adults. It was 15 min distance by car/ uber from city’s attractions- Dubrovnik wall. Rooms were good with well furnished bathrooms. Reception manager Zeljka was kind and supportive throughout our stay. Really impressed with friendly and supportive approach from all Dubrovnik people ( reception/ uber car drivers etc). Kitchen facilities were good.

The location is in a quiet place, you can see the sea and a little part of the port, from the balcony. The apartment is very big, even 5 persons can stay here. It has everything you need, if you want to cook, etc...The Copacabana beach is close, you can walk or use the car. There are supermarkets around, you can use the car.

Maybe a little bit far away from the Old city, you can use Uber or the bus number 6. And the doors are making noise when you open them, also the door from the fridge.

A perfect flat for a family, very comfortable beds and very quiet, all necessary kitchen utilities provided, we cooked every day. Huge terrace with nice view. Very good location, close to a public transport bus stop - only a 10-15 minutes bus ride to the old town. The area itself is gorgeous - don't miss to have a walk on the Lapad promenade and enjoy the sunset there - only two bus stops away!
