Amazing view, which is definitely the best thing about the place. Room was spacious and comfortable and staff was very friendly. I really liked design of rooms with a lot of mirrors. Great place if you want to enjoy peace and beautiful view a bit further from Dubrovnik rush, bit still close enough to Dubrovnik (30 min drive).

A lot of bees on a terrace if you want to eat breakfast outside. This is not sth hotel is to blame though, it’s nature. But tables need to be cleaned fast as the bees come as soon as there is some food left on the table.

Interior design is beautiful - Prostoria furniture is really nice and cosy. Endless bedroom full of light with perfect bed overlooking the Adriatic sea. Beautiful view on Elafiti islands and nature around property.

It feels like it is not properly maintained. Maybe Phase 2 of construction work never happened. Also, whole feeling during the stay was that it lacks experience in real tourism. Unfortunately, one time investment in bricks and mortar can’t be enough for successful tourism operation. It needs more warmth, trained staff, attention to details (eg. way that breakfast is prepared and served doesn’t meet the story presented on web site /local ingredients, connection with roots and history of Dubrovnik Republic is not really visible/).

First impression, stunning. The view is everything here.🤩🤩 You can enjoy it during the breakfast, swimming in the pool or sitting on your balcony in the room. Even from inside the room trough the glass in the bathroom, you can see the sea, I love this detail! We were feeling like this is our private villa, because there si not so many guest. You can really enjoy amd relax here. Everything is new and really good designed. Great stay for a few nights to see Dubrovnik and other things near by. And yes, the beach 10min walk from hotel is absolutely a dream!😍

Loved the fact that as well as being a hotel it had self catering facilities. Also loved that we had a private pool. Staff were very friendly & couldnt do enough for you. The accomadation was very clean the cleaners came & changed towels & bins everyday. Food was lovely bit pricey with a limited menu. Loved this little gem of a hotel just outside dubrovnik. However i would recommend hiring a car as it was about 45 mins from the airport 30 mins to inner cities. Would defo stay here again.

Just few minor issues but nothing that we couldnt handle. We found our sea view restricted by bushes. The shower door didnt close properly so we had a leak on the floor everytime we showered. We had bizarre see through glass in the bathrooms - wasnt good if you were sharing a bedroom with your son. But like i said minor 😊

Daily breakfast was excellent and dinner was also good. The pool, sauna and gym were mostly quiet and really lovely. The room was comfortable, spacious and good looking. The staff were very kind and helpful when present. It is a beautifully designed hotel. I would definitely return.

I would have loved a way of making a cup of tea / coffee in the room - or the breakfast coffee machine left available all day, because although the staff were very lovely, sometimes it felt deserted and it was difficult to know if you could have a drink / something to eat at cetain times.

Stylish and minimalistic, I loved staying in the hotel. Everything was clean and well thought. Special thanks for the huge bed - it was a joy to sleep on a good mattresses Staff is super welcoming and friendly, had a lovely conversation with almost all of them

A bit unusual to have a transparent mirror glass from toilet to the room, but we got used to it

The view was magnificent and the rooms were stylish and well designed. Cleanliness gets a 10 rating for both the room and the pool.

the restaurant was closed from 10am - 3:30pm and no food could be purchased at the bar which was a bummer and we were forced to get it elsewhere. There needed to be more sun loungers to enjoy the sun.

The design of the hotel is delightful. Also the furniture is divine. The views are unbearable from all rooms (we the hotel is totally geometrical and facing to the sea ) and very relaxing. The staff is always ready to help and beyond that. They proposed us activities and trips to the Islands and surroundings. Food at dinners is very good.

If we could make any negative comment it’d be the coffee at breakfast but even though we weren’t informed about it there’s another coffee machine (extra charge). Ideally you need a car to move but we didn’t rent it and we always reached a taxi or Uber. Most of the accommodations along the coast are located close to the main nd only Road so some noises can be annoying if you like to have the balcony opened. Otherwise all good closing it and AC for the nights.

Great design hotel, actually a quite new building. Free parking. Great idea to have two swimming pools that can be used also in case of bad weather.

Main road, even if not so close, is quite noisy; in any case, room windows insulate 100%.

Very nice hotel and view from the room. Modern looks. Easy access, very close to Dubrovnik (20 min)

Since its a new hotel, the staff needs a bit of more "rythm" but this will come with time and experience. E.g. I asked if we can get food delivered in the room and it was clearly a first request of that sort so they didnt know of they have room service, but we got it later no problem :)
