The hotel is really great, it’s located in a very beautiful and quiet area. Has multiple pools (including one infinity pool on the rooftop). There’s a private beach as well. The view from the room was amazing. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This is not really a negative but more of a suggestion - the hotel should do something about the people who place their towels on sunbeds ahead of time. Most sunbeds at the beach were already “reserved” before 8am while there were barely any people there.

He was incredibly kind and professional, and he helped me solve a problem with a consistently positive and helpful attitude. His warm and efficient service truly made a difference in my stay. Our room was superb in terms of size and view!! We truly enjoyed the view:) The hotel is located in a very nice cove and offered a beautiful boardwalk with many opportunities to swim. The breakfast buffet offered many options which was appreciated.

I recommend the hotel to place better signage for guests to be able to find the breakfast restaurant and pool and bar areas. with the different levels in the property many guests were constantly lost and asking for directions. Unfortunately, not all hotel staff members can understand or speak English which makes it very difficult to communicate. Front desk personnel does speak English, but I suggest for them to give more details as to where the different restaurants are located upon check -in. Also, they should advice guests about the bus service into the town (which is only steps away from the resort).

Luxurious and quality decor. Beautiful sea view. Decadent. Staff helpful in multiple languages 24hour. Usage of all Royal facilities. Quiet efficient lifts. Quality and choice of food available. Pools clean. Close to bus stops for easy reach into old town. Quality toiletries. Mini bar available. Roomy balcony. As of August 2023: €2 one way into old town. €20 taxi from ferry port. €45 taxi to airport.

Breakfast is chaotic! Like herding ants! But not the hotels fault, and so much choice of quality food items, even a bubbly drink! Beach is rocks and concrete.

Spacious room with stunning see view and balcony was exceptional by it self. Bed was very comfortable, pillows different sizes, linen fine touch. Chairs on the balcony are with ajustment mechanisam for sunbathing. Which is just wow. Coffe machine in the room was great What i have to mention is superb ventilation and climatisation in the room ( you don' t feel it uncomfertable like airconditioning) and still room temperaturs is ideal. Breakfast and dinner are grear, although for dinner you can have more fine food like for hotels of 5 stars. Gym was not to big, but it has everything that you need for constructiv training. Promenada from hotel to Lapad is romantic with small shadow beaches on the rocks down, and restaurants along the way. In general great place for real vecation.

Not enough badchairs on the rocks, but as i have heard from the employees, that is how much the hotel was alowed to have acording to state rules.That is a bit frustrating. So you have to get up very early if you want to find free. Still there is enough chairs around the pools and the area. Egg station is verry busy, you have to wait a slow line for custom omlet.

No bath rope in the room and the reception told me to ask at the beach but they didn't have any

The sea facing rooms are incredible ! Spacious , clean and luxurious. Noticed only a few English channels on tv but not serious . Food at the restaurants were above average . Good burrata , good pizza’s .

Don’t expect any service at the various pools . All self service which is disappointing for a graded 5 star property. Wanted ice for the room - no ice machines, and have to pay €5 euro for room Service to deliver . Left an unsavoury feeling . Depending on the wing of room can be confusing to find your room . Lastly guests rush to the pools to reserve their sun beds early . Be warned . Then some of them only ever get to their sun beds after 12 -13:00 . We could have used those beds earlier, come and gone . Not fair and very frustrating. Should be looked into. .if not used within 20 minutes they should be released like other 5 star hotels .

Staying at the Hotel Royal Ariston was gorgeous. The staff was always friendly, professional, and caring. The facilities were modern, and perfectly equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy every part of our stay. From the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality, everything was just perfect. Fabulous Breakfast and dinner with stunningly beautiful sea view and sunset. The beach is definitely not for everyone — access is via ladders from the rocky shore, and it’s deep right away — but personally, I love it. There are many swimming pools. There is an excellent promenade with beautiful restaurants directly outside the hotel. It is a quiet resort where you feel safe and calm. Great location to get to the Old Town. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Everything, the breakfast was delicious and had everything you wish to have. Staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them. Nice to see staff with a smile. Room was great and cleaning staff were great. The view from room was just stunning. The manager (Kresto, I think is the spelling) was really good at his job, nothing was a problem for him. When we had a request, he came up with the correct solution.

Too many steps ( not good for old people with a bad back ). Nothing really to complain about as the hotel provided everything you could wish for. Stay was not long enough, we will return.

Great location overlooking the Adriatic Sea, modern clean rooms (cleaned daily), fresh tasty breakfast included in the room rate. The reception staff were friendly and helpful

We booked a luxury room with a sea view, we arrived late evening and were given a room with a view of trees, with a very small glimpse of the sea through one side. The next morning, I asked at reception if we could be moved to a seaview room as booked, and this was organized straight away by reception staff with no issues. We were happy once we moved rooms. Also, note that the restaurant that serves breakfast is very busy and a battle to get by people to get food (this was every day no matter what time we went).
