- Excellent location; cosy, beachfront, walking distance to restaurants and shops (e.g. supermarkets, pharmacy). Dubrovnik old town is ~15 mins drive. Perfect choice for families traveling with kids. - The room was very spacious and comfortable with a baby - The beach; relatively small and pebble beach but the sea is just amazing

- As the hotel doesn’t have a private beach of its own but rather a limited space on a public beach, it may feel too crowded during the weekends. The beach area, especially the sunbeds could have been well maintained to offer a better experience for the hotel guests. - Lack of local tastes in the menus (e.g., breakfast, lounge) - The room could have been better vacuumed as the carpet was visibly dusty

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a huge smile from the reception team and that set the tone for our week stay. A wonderful clean hotel with a modern feel to it. Our room was spacious with a perfect view of the surrounding area. The breakfast was brilliant with a huge selection to choose from and good quality. We were thrilled the hotel provided towels for around the pool and the beach as we didn’t pack our own in our luggage. The pool and beach were perfect and felt easy to get a sun lounger and umbrella. We also made use of the gym and spa which was a real treat before going out for dinner. The surrounding area had everything we could ask for. Restaurants, supermarket, water taxi and an amazing ice cream stand. We will be returning in the near future for certain.

Great, well located hotel combining resort type facilities with a Sheraton group business hotel. Well appointment, good sized bedrooms with above average & generously sized balconies). Swimming pool and surrounding terrace/lounging are superb and adjacent to seafront promenade with bars and restaurants in Srebreno. Excellent breakfast in restaurant with good inside seating and terraced options Nearby bus to Dubrovnik centre (taxis €20-€25). Also local water taxis (highly recommend) into Dubrovnik or pretty Cavtat.

Nothing in terms of hotel itself, but would personally prefer to be adjacent to Cavtat than Srebreno.

Hotel is excellent. It has everything you could need. Every single staff member went up and beyond to help and make us comfortable. They always smiling and very friendly and welcoming. The hotel breakfast and dinner had lots of variety. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The outdoor pool was open but it was too cold to swim but we did enjoy the big indoor pool and the spa facilities. The hotel is ten mins drive from old town and there is a bus stop right opposite incase you dont have a car. There are nearby shops and supermarket too, walking distance. Its also 15mins away from airport. I would highly recommend it for your visit to dubrovnik.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Dubrovnik. The rooms are impressively large, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, which made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik who is looking for comfort, space, and great amenities.

The only thing that spoils the vibe at this hotel is the staff are hit and miss, while most are welcoming and friendly there are a few that are just downright rude.

We loved our stay at the hotel! Super friendly staff, great and very quiet rooms, always a sunbed to find at the pool and a swim in the ocean is just meters away from the hotel. A good variety of restaurants on the nearby beach walk. Convenient to have a supermarket nearby as well. Would definitely return if visiting the Dubrovnik area again.

Hard to find something negative, but the scrambled eggs at breakfast need a new recipe :) they are definitely sub par

- located in a lovely bay of Srebreno - beautiful view from the room (partly overlooking the see) - many restaurants and bars within a short walking distance - you can take a boat taxi to Dubrovnik from just a few steps from the hotel - profesional staff - kind and attentive - relaxed but also elegant atmosphere of the place

- the outside pool everyday cleaning works start around 7am so you can hear it from the room of the window is open (the room from the pool-side) which is quite noisy - the outside pool area could be cleaned with more attention (e.g.plastic drinking tube, grass remains after mowing)

Breakfast was great. There was an excellent selection of food. Restaurant was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. We ate one night in the Mediterranean restaurant and the food was delicious and excellent quality. Again, the staff are very well trained and professional. The bedroom too was kept spotlessly clean. I did have to chase for a bathrobe and complimentary water but when I asked they brought them very quickly.

At the pool there were no staff members to move the umbrellas and they were too heavy for me. They were generous with the pool towels which were large and soft. I liked that very much. In contrast, the bath towels in the rooms were too small.

Wonderful breakfast with a plethora of cuisine choices. Pool area very large and we were able to find chase lounges every time we visited the pool area. Nina at the tours desk and Ivan at the pool area were very courteous and helpful. Thank You!

It was confusing on how to control the temperature in the room. It seemed warm in room and when we adjusted the thermostat, it didn't seem to respond. It may be helpful to provide written instructions in room on how to adjust thermostat. I requested an email receipt for our stay but have not yet received it. Please have someone send the itemized receipt. Thank you.

Location, beach and promenade area, food

One major thing I noticed as a prosessional of building saunas. Hotels sauna heater was installed against the rules of the producer. The gap to the wooden panels was too small, causing a serious risk of fire. Panels near the heater we deep black. Also missing sprinkler or alarm of fire there. Very dangerous and risky guys. Fix this ASAP. Otherwise all good.
