Lovely apartments just outside Dubrovnik 👍 easy access to regular buses just along the main road, which was easier than trying to find a parking space along sea front or Dubrovnik old city. Ivo was there to greet us with a welcome drink, map and helpful info for sightseeing etc. making sure we made the most of our visit. Thank you. Think we booked the last apartment, so had a studio one which was smaller than the rest, but had everything we needed ie fridge (freezer box), 2 ring hob, utensils, kettle, toaster etc. Fab modern bathroom and apartment was immaculate, large side balcony with table and chairs, also friendly cleaning staff visited many times during the week. Fab roof top pool with fantastic views across the bay, so great for cooling down after a day sightseeing. Plenty of sun loungers, toilets, but not sure if any parasols around for shade? Easy free parking. All in all a fab place to stay, ticked all of our boxes, place immaculate, friendly staff. Would definitely go back and also recommend. Thank you Ivo & staff. We bought the Dubrovnik 7 day pass which we thought was worth the money as free bus travel, free entry to walking around Old City Walls, several museums and places to see in Old City. Also extra discounts at some shops. Paid extra for 3 island tour, which was good and food included, but then too full up for the restaurants on last island where we had a couple of hours chilling/sightseeing. Also did the scenic zip wire overlooking Dubrovnik Old City - fab! Sorry comments so long but hope this helps others.

Maybe the flat can have more tools & useful devices for a longer stay, like a washing machine; a moka for the coffee; a clothes drying rack; a meat spatula; and a stronger hot water pressure from the sink. Anyway, we had a good experience and we found alternative solutions for these things missing.

Fantastic location- we walked into the old town a couple of times took us approx 1 hour each way. When it was too hot we took the bus which is a 1 minute walk to catch infront of the apartment. Ivo the owner was friendly and helpful, he organised and booked two trips that we took. The pool is handy on hot days, and would recommend watching the sunset up there on the terrace as t's beautiful. If anyone wants a gym there is on close by approx 5- 10 minute walk- saiyan gym great clean friendly gym!! This was a fantastic holiday and the room was a perfect base for us, we used our terrace daily for breakfast and lunches and the facilities in the apartment were just what we needed. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The apartment was clean & well maintained. Host Ivo very good on arrival with information on the area as well as warm welcome. We were offered cleaning and towels every day by lovely friendly staff . The view from rooftop pool is fabulous and we particularly liked the little room with seats and tables when needing to escape the sun for a bit .

The only slight disadvantage is the quite steep hill up to apartment but buses do run regularly and drop off brings you to the flat part .

Ivo the host was amazing, he organised a private transfer to and from the airport for a reasonable price. He greeted us with a welcome shot, gave us recommendations and allowed us to check in early. The accommodation has everything you need, is clean and comfortable and housekeeping available each morning. It is a great location with a supermarket just down the hill, bus stops to go to old town just outside the door and a 5 minute walk to lapad promenade and 7 minutes to the nearest beach. The pool and loungers upstairs were the best part for us. It was such a welcome sight to be able to cool off after a sweaty day exploring. Also we stayed for 7 nights and spent 2 days chilling by the pool to have a rest from activities. Dubrovnik is a very expensive place for accommodation and this place is so reasonable priced amongst other spots. We would highly recommend to any travellers considering.

The apartments were very nice and clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, and Ivo or the host was amazing from the moment we arrived. He collected us from the airport and gave us shots of drink when we arrived. He explained what was nearby and what we should do. He also arranged to bring us to the airport. The pool was lovely with great views, and the apartments are in a great location. Would definitely recommend this place. The price we paid for the place was very reasonable as well.

Superb, clean and conveniently located. Apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay, the pool terrace is great. Bus stop just over the road with buses every ten minutes direct to the old town for just €2.50 and supermarket 5 minutes away stocking everything you need including fresh coffee and bakery. Ivo is a star! Always on hand, picked us up from the airport, great communication - fantastic host. Taught us a bit of the language and the drinks were a lovely touch on arrival. I highly recommend this property.

Villa Antea is in a beautiful setting. The pool was amazing. The views from the pool unreal. The apartment we stayed in ( apartment 16) was spotless, lots of space for a family of 5. The apartment had plenty of cooking utilities, grill, oven, hob, kettle, coffee maker etc for self catering.. The view from the apartment was the best view ever. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Bus stop into old town in walking distance. Bus every 10 minutes.We were more than happy with our stay. I would highly recommend Villa Antea

I have nothing negative to say regarding Villa Antea. Dubrovnik itself is very beautiful but extremely expensive especially for a family.

Fabulous little block of apartments. Convenient location for any of the local beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. Right on the bus route into the old city of Dubrovnik (the return bus stop a few metres down the hill, the out bound stop a little further down). Excellent communication with the property owner, Ivo, who couldn’t be more helpful and was kind and welcoming. He made himself available to answer any questions via whatapp after we’d checked in with him. Clean apartment and was cleaned every day (although we sometimes waved them off because we were in the room, but it was offered every day if we wanted it). Useful facilities for preparing simple snacks with a fridge and mini freezer. Great views over the suspension bridge from our balcony and a rail to dry wet clothes/ towels. Good night sleep all round - no noisiness heard from those around us. Air conditioning worked and was a godsend. The pool was delicious to cool off on hot days with spectacular views and sunsets. We arranged transfer to/from the airport directly with the property owner (initiated via booking.com and then via whatapp with the owner) which made it simple to ensure we found the apartment on arrival taking something of the stress of arrival and departure away. It can be a hot climb up the hill to the apartment in the daytime so would recommend a Dubrovnik pass which means you can hop on / hop off the buses to the bottom of the hill where the bars / restaurants are to make it less taxing if you’re walking about in the middle of the day. Thankyou Ivo & team for giving us a wonderful stay!

It really was excellent. Two minor things which for us weren’t negative but might be useful to know 1. if you want an oven there isn’t one - there’s a microwave and hob - but we weren’t there to cook! 2. Only English speaking channels we could find on the TV were news channels, you can however sign into your Netflix account on the TV - but we weren’t there to watch television!

Fantastic location,close to Copacabana beach and other beaches too,it was very easy to catch busses to/from old town(line 6 runs every 15 minutes and takes about 10/15 minutes),little supermarket nearby was very handy to have,our host was lovely,nothing seemed like too much trouble,he recommended a few cool places like cave bar more,taj mahal and Copacabana beach which we all loved❤️ Room was very clean and modern, swiming pool had the best view for sunset and it was great thing to have after a long day of sightseeing,I Hope that one day we will have a chance to return to this Villa as we had the best time here❤️
