Location is Excellent, Staff and the owner are very good and enthusiastic. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Rooms have balconies big enough to give a relaxing evening

Breakfast could have been better, They need to improve on the amenities in the bathroom especially the housekeeping should take care if all the toiletries are full or they are dont run short. It happened with me but they willingness to solve the problem had gained them a 10 on 10 from me

Small hotel, ideally located on pedestrianised area - lots of restaurants and nice bars nearby and beach just at the end of the road. 5 mins walk to bus-stop for Dubrovnik Old Town. Large, comfortable beds. Good air-conditioning, hot showers, quiet at night, good WiFi. Buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Slightly expensive for drinks, meals for this level of hotel but perhaps no more so than other restaurants in this region (Croatia is not cheap….)

Location was great! My room was the perfect size and I was so happy to have an elevator.

That one little jog out one door and across the balcony and down stairs to get to my room.

The Hotel is getting old and needs a bit of an update but good for our purposes for 1 night in Dubrovnik. Close to Lapad beach for swimming and some very good restaurants in the vicinity. Preferred staying in Lapad than the Old Town as less crowded.

Hotel needs an updated but good for 1 night stay in less busy area.

The location is superb and we enjoyed eating the buffet breakfast in the tables outside at the hotel in the sunshine. The gentlemen on reception at our arrival was very friendly and good fun on our arrival. There was easy access to the beach and the hotel is in an area with plenty of places to eat and drink. The bus stop for travel into the Old Town is close to the hotel with regular buses at the bus stop.

The main disappointment was we booked a room with a balcony. All online pictures looked that the balconys were clean, private and looked out across at the front of the hotel. At no point was it stated that the balcony was shared with two other bedroons and located to the side of the propery. Sadly the balcony only had two tables with just three old chairs with one parasol base with no parasol.

The location is great, far enough away from the busy old city to be quiet, but within 10 minutes by car. Outside the hotel is a pedestrian promenade (no cars, safe for kids) lined with shops and restaurants, which leads to a pebbly beach. Room serviced every day, very clean. Bar staff were great, always up for a bit of a laugh!

Slightly odd selection at breakfast, but that might just be Croatian custom. Still not sure about the sweetcorn or red kidney beans, though!

Very nice little hotel near a beach and a beautiful bay... with a walkway long the cliffs and marvelous views. The location is also near to town, only 10 minutes away with a taxi. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excelent. The bathroom had been renewed and it was perfect. The hotel also has a nice restaurant.

The facilities are a little bit outdated... carpets are faded, matresses should be replaced.

I would really like to say something about the hotel. Before I arrived I saw some negative reviews about the breakfast, however during my stay, each day I join in breakfast after at least 930 still got plenty of choice. There's once hotel manager even ask the kitchen to make me some fresh scramble eggs cause it was almost empty. I would say communication is very important and the staff here are very friendly and eager to help.

Nothing, very good location however very quiet for a good night sleep.
