The location was wonderful! Close to the beach, shops and the bus stops. The area was incredibly beautiful and conveniently located to everything one needs. Everyone spoke English well enough that everything was easy to navigate. The manager Diana was wonderful she gave us tips about the area and where to go to avoid tourist hotspots and was very kind. She allowed us to check in early after we took a 17 hour bus ride making that day much more enjoyable, also when we checked out we had a late flight and she allowed us to leave our bags at the place letting us enjoy the day and have more fun.

Everything was excellent.

The beach was a short walk away, down a long flight of stairs. Therefore there was a lovely view and a forest south of the Apartment. The sea was clean, and the beach at the end of October was not busy. The host was very kind and friendly. There was a supermarket near by and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The bus stop was nearby with a service towards the centre and port. There is a nice walk/promenade around the bay of Lapad Beach with lots of options to swim from small outcrops.

First of all I would like to thank the host Diana, she is simply incredible, friendly and always attentive to make your days more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to everything and parking is extremely easy and safe. Room is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. My wife and I will definitely return next year.

Everything is great. There are some stairs that give access to the beach but this is not a problem on the contrary it is an easy way to get to the beach and other places.

The apartment had everything we needed for a family of three. The value (for Dubrovnic) was good. We enjoyed the outbof town location as the old town can be incredibly busy (and expensive). I'd recommend the area as it has a supermarket, shops and car hire etc. There is even a cinema nearby. I'd have liked to have stayed longer.

The living room / kitchen is possibly a bit light in the morning to sleep well.

Balcony view was incredible. The room was quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean and supplied with all I needed. The location was ideal as its close to transportaton to the old city and beaches.

It wasnt an issue for me but the stairs to get to the apartment from the city can be a bit much for carrying suitcases or for people with mobility issues.

We had a parking spot, we had hot water instantly, it was clean, we had air conditioner and fridge.

A litlle bit noisy, we had no sea view and the location is a litlle bit far from old city (4 km starting from the location), but there are buses (4 and 6).

We were welcomed by a nice lady that showed us the appartement. It is a medium size apartment- one bedroom, with an beautiful seaview to Sunset beach. In the living room is a small kitchen with dishes, cutlery- to help you cooking something if you want to eat indoor. The sofa and the queen size bed are very comfortable. There is a plenty storing space- a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a boiler that gave instant hot water. The beach is reachable by the stairs situated on the left side of the building- 5 minutes. Getting back it is a little bit challenging- 160 steps. The bus station is very close, oposite the Sunset beach. Bus no 4 is for Old City.

The place was clean and calm. The host was very friendly, kind and nice. The place was very close to beach and supermarket.

It would be better if the property had a small kitchen as well. I stayed only 1 day with a baby so I managed somehow. It would have been difficult to manage without kitchen for more days. There were 100+ stairs down to beach and was tiring with stroller. But of course there is an alternative way on the way up.

Everything was great, especially the view from the balcony😍 Apartment is air conditioned, comfortable and has all necessary things. Very close to the bus stop, beach, and good restautants. What is importantly, the host let us us leave our luggage at the apartment after the check out so that we can explore the city without it. Please note there are lots of stairs to climb in case you don’t drive, but it was ok.

The property was a good base for Dubrovnik City with a 15 min bus trip and the nearby beach had plenty to offer. Diana was friendly and helpful.

We booked a room with a garden view but unfortunately there wasn’t one, we had a seating area outside our door but it was a main thoroughfare. The other rooms in the property had a kitchen and balcony and these would have been better if staying for a few nights offering, better value for money. The number of steps (164) to the beach and bus stop should have been mentioned in the property description.
