Spacious, brand-new apartment equipped with everything we needed for a great stay: comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a living room. It's within easy walking distance to the beach, promenade near the sea, restaurants, and a supermarket. The nice layout features a comfortable living room ideal for families (we were 4), a lovely balcony, and a table for sitting outside, offering a partial view of the sea. The area of Lapad is beautiful and only a 10-minute taxi or Uber ride to the old town. We appreciated that the apartments provided housekeeping service while we were staying, ensuring clean towels and taking out the rubbish bin. Finally, excellent wifi and Netflix are available!

Our apartment faced the main road and was on the first floor, which meant it was very noisy with all the vehicles passing by during the day and night. The sliding doors helped when closed, but it meant that we couldn't get any fresh air!

We liked: the helpful Reception staff, the large lounge/kitchen/diner, the front balcony overlooking the bus stop for the No. 4 bus direct to the Old Town, the quiet back terrace overlooking the garden, the supermarket below the apartment, the cafes in the adjoining building, the pebble beach just down the road, the nearby promenade of restaurants. We were impressed by the response of the Reception staff to some maintenance issues we experienced.

We didn't like the fact that there were some maintenance issues that were readily apparent, and which we immediately reported.

Access was very confusing. Our driver dropped us off at a garage entrance. No signage. There’s a small grocery store next to the garage and a worker there said go into the garage and head to the right. Again no signage, very dark. Stressful way to try to find the reception area. We had two other couples staying there and met them at the grocery store so they could be guided to the entrance. The reception people were great, we loved the apartment and area. The coastal promenade is breathtaking. Very easy taking the bus to and from old town, which is free if you get the Dubrovnik pass (very worthwhile).

It’d be nice if there was a small gym. There’s a beautiful resort hotel almost adjacent that offers a swim pass (two magnificent warm swimming pools) for just 15 Euro.

Room is great, I am lucky to get the upgrade from one bedroom to 2 bedrooms. Big balcony and 2 bathrooms, facilities are new and clean. In door carpark and access through the elevator directly to the apartment, we are allowed to park the car for extra hours after check out. Reception ladies are good, explain in detail and helped us to book the boat trip directly. Fast response from Whatsapp for questions. Location is great, next to the sunset beach and with several restaurants around the property, a super-market in the same building, bus stop next to the property, easy to get into the city. Just aware to pay cash only for the bus, we tried credit card but failed. Location is far from the city, around 10 mins by bus, but not as busy as city, a great location for relax.

Very modern looking apartment block with plenty of shops/bars/restaurants underneath, even including a cinema. The beach was right on the doorstep and seems to be one of the nicest in Dubrovnik.

The centrally controlled A/C didn't seem to work with it blowing quite warm air out. Luckily it wasn't too hot so we just left doors open overnight. The lounge had a separate AC unit which worked great. While the apartment looks great on the surface it's clear that it was built cheaply and as such there are quite a few things that are broken or poorly designed. All of the lamps had at least one bulb which was blown and not replaced, and at least one lampshade which was broken. One of the cupboards in the kitchen opens right into the overhead light which is just poor planning. The hose for the shower was too short so the shower head turns when the water is turned on. The towel rail and toilet roll holder had fallen off and just been placed on top of one of the cupboards in the ensuite.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful big outdoor terrace. We loved the location and the promenade walk along the ocean. We all thought it was better than being right in Dubrovnik which is overrun with tourists.

They provide a coffee maker but no filters. The two supermarkets close by don’t sell them. I made filters with paper towels! The entrance for your first arrival is terribly confusing. I was stressed. Our driver left us off at an entrance to a parking garage. No signage anywhere there for a hotel. I went into a shop and that woman pointed into the extremely dark garage. It was kind of a nightmare. We had to use our phone flashlight to see at all, lots of luggage we struggled with. Not a great way to arrive.

The apartment was lovely very spacious and clean with two large balconies with furniture and all we needed for our weekend stay. Also the old town was only a 15 minute drive away which was a bonus.

On booking this apartment we assumed from the photos that because this was a beachfront complex there would be sun beds and facilities to use but this was not the case. There were no sun beds for hire and all the facilities were closed down. However for 15 euros we could use the swimming pools at a nearby hotel which we did and I must say we had a perfect day.

We had a great experience from the beginning- lots of great and useful communication before the trip with the property. This continued when we got there - they made sure everything was perfect for us and checked every day if we needed cleaning, etc. Anytime we had an ask (for example we needed a new toaster), they helped right away. The location of the property is also perfect- few minutes from the beach and the Lapad promenade. We had two apartments for a group of 10 and it was the perfect setup. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was perfect

It's an absolutely lovely apartment fantastically situated near the sea in a little bay with crystal clear water and loads of opportunity to find a secluded spot to sunbathe and swim. Our apartment (D306) was very big and extremely comfortable and also featured a large balcony. There is a supermarket and cinema complex in the building along with a few restaurants, a bar and bakery. It is only a short Uber from the Old Town, or you can catch the bus. As we had a rental car, we arranged for a private parking spot in their basement. I would highly recommend you do likewise if driving. Their parking is not obvious, but as you turn into the road you will pass a little beach style shop on your right, then a public underground parking and immediately after that is their parking which has a large shutter style gate. Drive up to that and call the number provided, and they will open it for you and give you a bay number.

The complex comprises three separate buildings. Our apartment was facing the main road and so was very noisy. Sitting on the balcony was marred by the noise of the traffic, and absolutely no way you could sleep at night if you left the windows open. Fortunately, the double glazing was very efficient, and there was aircon in the bedrooms. My advice would be to request a sea facing room. Other than that, we had no complaints.

High-end apartment across the street from the Lapad beach and an easy bus-ride or Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. Supermarket in the complex is a major bonus making it really easy to self-cater in the fully-stocked kitchen. Nearby restaurant options were good. Served our needs as a family very well. Reception was friendly and helpful, cleaning every second say was appreciated, right down to some cookies left by the staff for us to enjoy. Parking garage was convenient and felt safe.
