We loved the location. Close to a lovely beach and port with plenty of island excursions. The bus stop across the road gets you to the old town in about 10-15 minutes. A great supermarket is within walking distance. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful.

No AC in the bedroom, though a fan was provided. Kitchen utensils are lacking, and the knives are not sharp. While many may not be bothered by this, as a family who cooked a little at home during vacations to save money, this made it more challenging. Both of these things are minor, and in general, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lusy was lovely and generous with her time. She makes a great host. It is a great location for food shopping, local cafes, the beach and also bus into the Old City.

I did not like the constant emails from BookerDirect or whoever the company was sending these? I think I got two a day for about a week, totally unnecessary. There were directions sent through a link which were fabulous to initally find the street, just some more instructions would have been helpful. It is a narrow lane with no turning. The property is right at the end tucked around a corner, so initally we did not find 2A. Then once we found the property and expected someone to 'meet' us there, it was confusing. I expected someone to have come to the site to let us in. The host lives downstairs but there was no way of knowing this is where we needed to go to.

This was a great holiday apartment, and my family loved it. It was clean, everything worked well, and it was quieter than expected. The location is very handy for getting to the Old Town and the beach, and you'll find a big supermarket and great bakery nearby, as well as lots of cafes and restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating, with great communication throughout. Excellent value and would recommend!

There's nothing we didn't like.

The apartment is close to the grocery store, bakery and bus stop to go to old town. It's nice to have a living room area with couch and a dining table. Kitchen is small but has a full-size fridge, oven and dishwasher. It's walkable to the sunset beach and the port where we took our 3-island boat tour. There are also a number of restaurants in Lapad so you don't have to go to old town just to dine.

The shower is a little small. The mattress is uncomfortable, it's uneven and moves a lot when you shift. There's a dog living somewhere behind the building which barks very loudly.

The hosts are very friendly helpful and provided all the information we needed for the stay. The check in and check out was smooth. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, allows to prepare your own meals. The location is pretty good, a short bus ride will take you to the Old town and the beach , supermarkets and restaurants are in less than 10 min walk . The property has a beautiful little garden in front of the house and the hosts live downstairs and were always available.

The bedroom/ balcony overlooks a construction , which is pretty noisy and starts at around 7 am. The mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. The toilet/ bathroom cannot be locked from the inside, and it’s directly next to the kitchen.

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in whilst on vacation! Everything was clean and well maintained, the location was only 5 minutes walk from the beach. There were plenty of bakeries and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from as well, again, all within 5-10 minutes walk. The bus stop was only across the road and whilst the property was next to the main road it was well sound proofed! We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Finally, the staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful as well! Thanks for having us!

Great location a short drive/ bus ride from the old town. Close to several small beaches and many restaurants. Cosy room and good reliable wifi. Good shower pressure and working A/C. Free parking for our hire car for the full 5 days.

Our only issue was with the managing company who didn’t communicate very well or efficiently. The actual host, Lusy, is really nice, helpful and friendly. Our advice is to ask as soon as you book for Lusy’s Phone number and to then communicate direct with her via WhatsApp.

Great hostess who explained a bit about the area and neighborhood. We ended up liking this neighborhood better than being in the Old City, because it showed us a different part we wouldn't have seen that is just as beautiful and a little bit cheaper restaurant options!

It was unclear from the photos whether our room would have a full kitchen or not. The photos made it look like we would, so I was surprised when we didn't have one. But we did have a little fridge which was great!

Helpful and friendly host, clean room, good location 10 min walk from the beach and 10 min bus to the old town. Reasonable price. It was a really lovely stay and we would recommend Villa Mia to others.

It was a bit confusing to find initially as the sign isn’t visible until very close. Could do with some more detailed instructions on booking.com or a better sign. Some washing up liquid and a sponge in the room would have been helpful so we could wash up crockery.

I enjoyed my staying very much. Location is not that close to old town but theres a bus that leaves you there in 15 minutes and you have an amazing beach very near. I liked the area and the host is very kind, she gave tips about the city and were to eat (which I followed and was delightful) Overall good price-quality ratio considering that is an expensive destination

If you are looking for a private place have in mind that the owners live downstairs and when you enter the apartment you need to cross through their barbacue area, which can be a little awkward. The mattress may need a replacement. Theres no a/c on the bedroom, only at the living room. For hot days can be inconvenient. If you are tall, the beams can be little be annoying.
