Great location and property. Owner offered me a cold drink when I arrived. He speaks Croatian and Italian and we communicated via my bad Spanish. His daughter speaks English and was available on WhatsApp. If you use Uber or similar, the best address trick was to use the address of the property owner across the alley (width of one car) from this owner's garage. Soooooo clean and tidy. Lots of space, especially on the patio which has a view of the Sea but very hot before sundown (June visit). The property is central, near bus stop so easy to get to Old Town. Easy walk to Promenade and Sea "boardwalk" (no boards). I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Only concerns for me was the number of steps to get to the main road and Promenade (both VERY close). I counted. 227 steps going down (very easy for me) but 227 steps going back up required a number of rest-to-breathe stops. But I have lung issues. Check-out was early for me--10 a.m.. I was prompt and so was the person who was there to clean.

It was one of the best experience. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. We were 3 adults staying very comfortably. The bed in the kitchen/living room area is very comfortable for 3rd person. Apartment is 10 min away with car to old town. It has nearby beach with 10 min. walking distance. Most importantly the host family was amazing. They let ud drop our bag during the cleaning and also let us to do early check in as soon as the apartment is ready. They were very nice communicative, attentive during our stay. Welcome beers were much much appreciated during the extreme heat 🥰 We are very thankful and suggesting this place.

Lea was a brilliant host alongside her father. Very friendly and helpful. A beer upon arrival and even cooked us an evening meal one night. Apartment was absolutely spotless. one of the cleanest and tidiest rooms ive ever stayed in. It was finished to a very high standard and had everything we could possibly require. Outside area was also immaculate in finish and seating. Towels were regularly changed. Both beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful view from the apartment. Very good location, and not far timo the beach.. Nice outarea, loved sitting out eating breakfast and dinner, and drinking wine at the evening. Also nice to use the terrace for sunbathing. Good facilities for cooking. And very friendly hosts.

Hosts are always available with the help needed. Apartment was clean and tidy as shown in pictures. View from apartment is good. Lapad beach is in walking distance. Restuarants, supermarket and bus-stop are also in walking distance. Worth choosing this aprtment for 2/3 people.

Lea and her dad are the best! The apartment was as expected, but their friendliness and desire to help exceeded expectations. They are undoubtedly the best hosts we ever had on our trips. Thank you so much!

The location was great. Lovely view. The host was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. If you don't like stairs this place would not be for you. We didn't have a car.

Beautiful apartment, with everything you need, in a fantastic location. The added bonus of a parking spot and a fantastic terrace to sunbathe

Location is perfect for Lapad! Great value, clean and lovely apartments. Hosts were lovely and so helpful!

Nothing bad on the apartment just beware of loads of steps if you have bad mobility or struggle with stairs.

Beautiful view from a terrace. Good location to the bus stop and there are mini markets nearby. Close to the main promenade and beach. Our family found it very comfortable. Very kind holders :) In all the city you’ll find many steps, also the route to the apartment is also via steps, but for office workers like as it was a kind of fitness 👍
