Nice location opposite the Dubrovnik Port and near to the town of Lapad. The Old Town was a short bus ride or ¢7 Uber away. The swimming pool was lovely and helped cool us down in the morning or after a long day in the Old Town. The air conditioning and ceiling fan also helped us stay cool in the summer heat. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the docks.

The cooking equipment was lacklustre and it proved difficult to cook anything with only one bowl, one worn pan, one saucepan and no toaster, salt, pepper, oil or any other cooking ingredients often found at guest houses. There was a sponge and washing up liquid for smaller meals and breakfasts. Food in the Old Town can be quite expensive but cooking dinner was not an option unfortunately, due to the lack of cooking essentials. The booking was changed before we arrived and we stayed in a different room to the one booked on the website. This was no problem for us but worth noting.

the view was amazing and the pool always had a sunbed, no matter what time we went back to the villa! the facilities were good to make breakfast/lunch, we ate out every night but could have definitely made a few meals at the villa.

had to ask for toilet roll and the towels/bedding were not changed during the stay but that is expected at most villas.

Incredible views from the balcony that we never got tired of admiring. The location is comfortable with good bus connection to old city and Lapad has a lot to offer as well. The pool made our trip perfect and my kid enjoyed it everyday.

The rooms are simple but clean. A kitchen with basic supplies. A little bit noisy at times from machines but not too bad.

The location was good and we had a good view of port.

We had trouble accessing appartment late at night. We stayed for 13 nights and no change of towels or sheets offered.

Perfect location, only €5 by Uber to old town or can walk. local area really nice and beautiful view of the harbour from the balcony, generous size balcony and comfortable chairs. WiFi and kitchenette with standard size fridge. host was very quick to answer any questions and help with air conditioning when we couldn’t work it! all our own fault! pool is very private and quite a find in the area. few steps considering the terrain which is nice after a long day.

seats by the pool were a bit hard but we didn’t ask for cushions, I’m sure they had some stored. but it was fine for us, maybe older people might need them. there are a lot of steps but that’s the nature of the terrain and can’t be avoided, so be conscious. not many steps to this villa.

The property is an excellent location with a great pool for the property. Some of the rooms are basic, however they had everything we needed. Our only issue was one room didn’t have air conditioning, however, we spoke to the host and fans were provided quickly. Excellent value for money and would happily stay here again. Beautiful views too!

The location was great as not in the middle of the summer madness and short trip to Old town. Swimming pool was amazing and enjoyed meeting the other guests around the pool.

Mattress on beds could have been better as were a bit old as was the bed linen but all very clean. Oh and lots of steps to the waterfront… if u take the short cuts.

Great views, nice balcony, pool area, adequate facilities although not modern. Good location & close to bars & restaurants. Staff friendly & helpful on request for extra pillows.

Very steep road and steps to the property. 19 down from the roadside & 34 up to the 2nd floor. We are quite fit (for our age) and we found this aspect tested us. Only sheets & no other bedding. Towels small. The safe was not fixed and unusable. The apartment was not serviced at all during our 9 night stay.

Very good value for money (should be charging more given the amazing view across the harbour) lovely quite location with a handful of restaurants and a shops nearby. The apartment has everything you need, although a little tired. Also, the #6 bus stop is just a 3 minute walk and takes you right to the front door of Old Town for just 2 euro.

Because of the location at the top of a hill, which is why you get such amazing views, these apartments are not really suitable for those with mobility issues.

I loved the view away from bustle of the Old City. So nice to relax with a view, space and a pool!

Wasn't sure how best to get there, but a local helped us when we got off airport bus at Old City, said to get an Uber. Instructions with 19A at the road to go down steps would be helpful. Or Villa sign..
