Our recent stay at Villa Lukas was nothing short of wonderful, and we were so pleased with our experience that we have already rebooked for September. There is always a slight apprehension when returning to a place that has left such a positive impression, but our expectations were not only met but exceeded during this second visit. The villa truly is a hidden gem, and the entire team goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. The amenities offered at Villa Lukas are top-notch, with comfortable beds, beautifully appointed rooms, and fantastic facilities such as a bar, gym, sauna, hot tub, and pool area. The property is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Cavtat, although the uphill journey back may take a bit longer. For those who prefer not to walk, there is the option to take bus no.10 from the center to the top of the hill, which is just a one-minute drive away. Additionally, there is a restaurant and store located just 200 meters from the property, making it easy to pick up any necessities or grab a bite to eat. Cavtat itself is a stunning location, with picturesque views, excellent dining options, and convenient transportation options such as water taxis to Dubrovnik, as well as regular buses and boat taxis. Overall, the experience at Villa Lukas is nothing short of exceptional, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the attentive service to the beautiful accommodations and convenient location, it truly is a perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Exceptionally clean and always smells beautiful, location for Cavtat is fantastic just a short 5 minute walk down the hill, staff are incredibly friendly, Luka the owner is so gracefully kind. The facilities in the apartment are fantastic, and the mini bar downstairs with coffee station is a great set up. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough. Our favourite part, must be how comfortable the bed is! We stayed in the Gallery apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better room. Will definitely come back and stay again :)

very friendly host and arranged trips at a discount to local agents, also arranged a free taxi service back to the airport. Always available via whatsapp to answer any questions and arrange bookings. Very clean and pool side was kept clean and towels always available. Very enjoyable week away.

only small issue was we had to pay via paypal on arrival as didn't have credit card payment facilities, again the host helped us out as we had to pay over 2 days so wasn't an issue in the end and all went smoothly.

Super comfy place. There are small swimming pool to cool off, hot tub and even a sauna. The stuff is awesome, friendly people who tell us about the place and help with things. Nice view from the balcony. Soundproof from the planes, cause there is an airport nearby but we couldn't hear any of planes when the windows shut.

Non Soundproof of the indoor. We heard everything that happened in the corridor even though the door was shut and tv was on. It was a problem to sleep while people are speaking and slamming doors.

Villa Lukas was far above my expectations. I just booked in for one night on my way to the airport but it was so nice there I could have stayed much longer! The bed was super comfortable and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were really good and they even had a sauna downstairs! The pool area was cute and they had a nice little communal kitchen where you could purchase coffee. My flight wasn’t until the afternoon the next day but they let me stay by the pool and stored my suitcase until it was time to leave.

Steep walk from the ferry to the apartment - recommend taking a taxi if you have bags to carry!

Location was good, a 10 minute walk to old town. Grocery store 1 minute away.

The bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell.
