The location really does take some climbing (LOTS of stairs) but is well worth it. Just far enough above a couple of cute cafes to have some peace and quiet, a beautiful view, and helpful staff. The gardens were SO lovely and deserved a whole afternoon with a good book. I think the listing might have said no/poor wifi, but we had no problems even if it was a little slow sometimes. The kitchen was functional and had oil and salt and pepper plus a few tea bags, as well as a few basic cleaning items. We stayed in Room 4 (2 bedroom apartment) which was excellent value and could have stayed longer. Alas, other parts of Croatia called.

The rooms could use some cosmetic updating, but everything was very clean. The bathroom shower curtains need to be longer so you don't flood the bathroom and some shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated.

The building has a really nice garden and an amazing view to the sea.

The furnitures were almost falling apart
