The hotel is really great, it’s located in a very beautiful and quiet area. Has multiple pools (including one infinity pool on the rooftop). There’s a private beach as well. The view from the room was amazing. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This is not really a negative but more of a suggestion - the hotel should do something about the people who place their towels on sunbeds ahead of time. Most sunbeds at the beach were already “reserved” before 8am while there were barely any people there.

Luxurious and quality decor. Beautiful sea view. Decadent. Staff helpful in multiple languages 24hour. Usage of all Royal facilities. Quiet efficient lifts. Quality and choice of food available. Pools clean. Close to bus stops for easy reach into old town. Quality toiletries. Mini bar available. Roomy balcony. As of August 2023: €2 one way into old town. €20 taxi from ferry port. €45 taxi to airport.

Breakfast is chaotic! Like herding ants! But not the hotels fault, and so much choice of quality food items, even a bubbly drink! Beach is rocks and concrete.

Our room was superb in terms of size and view!! We truly enjoyed the view:) The hotel is located in a very nice cove and offered a beautiful boardwalk with many opportunities to swim. The breakfast buffet offered many options which was appreciated.

I recommend the hotel to place better signage for guests to be able to find the breakfast restaurant and pool and bar areas. with the different levels in the property many guests were constantly lost and asking for directions. Unfortunately, not all hotel staff members can understand or speak English which makes it very difficult to communicate. Front desk personnel does speak English, but I suggest for them to give more details as to where the different restaurants are located upon check -in. Also, they should advice guests about the bus service into the town (which is only steps away from the resort).

On arriving at reception the view out of the glass fronted balcony is nothing short of breathtaking! Our room was very spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast certainly didn't disappoint with everything you could think of available sat on the outside terrace overlooking the sea! After breakfast you can use one of the three outdoor pools or indoor pool available. Then there is the spa or gymnasium to occupy you. If you want something a little more relaxing, then take a walk along the promenade to the nearby village where you'll find many bars and restaurants to eat, drink and relax. All in all a stunning hotel in a draw droppingly beautiful setting with staff who are warm and friendly!

We loved that we had a complete, unobstructed sea view and that the hotel was quiet / right on the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern and clean, and we even had AirCon in our room (which I was worried about b/c I was pregnant when we stayed there and comfort was really important to us). We also loved the breakfast buffet. They had great options and an outdoor terrace, with made-to-order omelets. We would absolutely recommend that anyone stay here. We loved the spa / sauna. The indoor pool was really lovely on the days that it was too chilly to be by the water. The rocky beach access felt safe and clean. And there were multiple other outdoor pools to choose from.

This hotel is ~a 10 Euro Uber / Taxi ride from downtown Dubrovnik. We did this intentionally b/c we wanted to stay somewhere quiet, but there's not a lot within walking distance of the resort. Something to keep in mind. Also, it seemed like there were some growing pains with the wait, pool, and restaurant staff as they got ready for high season. Some of the restaurant / poolside service was slow or just inflexible.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Situated in a natural setting outside the city, the location added to the peaceful ambiance. A nice bonus was the ability to explore various pools at adjacent hotels. The chocolate chip cookies and desserts were a delightful treat, and the coffee was good. Service was both friendly and professional.

The internet connection was quite poor. In terms of dining, expanding the variety of food choices would certainly enhance the overall experience. While we were not left hungry, the meals did not quite reflect the standard one would expect from a five-star hotel. No sports activities.

The hotel is part of a complex of buildings, isolated and well maintained, the common areas are beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast had variety and many options. There are some restaurants at the complex, some of the reviews were not promising but we had dinner at the pizza restaurant and everything was amazing. We had a sea-view room and sleeping with the sound of the waves was an amazing experience.

The quality of the drinks at the breakfast was not corresponding to a 5-star hotel. The hotel is very large and it will be better if there were clearer instructions on how to reach certain parts of the hotel.

+location +mattress comfy, u can block out the sunlight competely and sleep +breakfast with enough choice +possible to take long walks by the shore +many pools so everyone can find what suits them

-cleaningness in the spa has to improve -sauna - the wood has not been cleaned once, also getting water is not regular, no refill of body lotion for two days -we were not given room with king size even asked for in advance, other room had twin beds put together, we were asked to adjust it ourselves - no sunbeds, umbrellas by the sea, even in days when the weather was nice, which is a pity -not enough umbrellas by the pools, no one to ask

While it is on the higher scale price wise this beautiful hotel and surroundings are worth every penny and more. Fabulous location, unbeatable staff, friendly service nothing was too much trouble. Our room was exceptionally beautiful with a superior daily service. The facilities here are perfect, everything from beautiful restaurants, shops, a spa, gym and choices of three pools or a dip in the Adratic sea. We were just a short, convenient bus journey from the old town of Dubrovnik but far enough away to be out of the crowds. We will be making a return visit here for many years to come.

There is nothing we could say we didn't like. 100% perfect.

Spacious room. Sufficient wardrobe space. Beautiful sea views and a wonderful area for sunset viewing. Sky longe infinity pool for adults only was a nice spot. Has all facilities such as spa and gym. Lovely stroll along the promenade to Lapad Bay. Some nice restaurants along the way too such as Levant and Casa. Just a minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to Pile Gate at the entrance to the old town. 2.5 euros for a ticket. Booked Montenegro and Bosnia tours through the hotel and they were enjoyable although there is a fair amount of travelling on the bus. Kotor and Mostar are well worth the journey.

Was only provided one bottle of water at the start of a 7 night stay. No more. Had to ask for more tea bags for the room. The quality of the food at the restaurants was of an average standard. Breakfast juices were not the best. Looks are emptied around sunset. Questionable over whether it is value for money. Cost around 300 euros per night. The resort did grow on me over time though.
