The location is in the walking distance to the old town (~14min). The bad was comfortable and the facilities were okay. Owners are polite. They preheated our room before our arrival. Also dishwasher was a great plus!

It can get a bit loud since it is near the main road. Also heating over AC unit was a bit bad, it was releasing strange sounds (that can affect your sleep) and blowing with some kind of odd interruptions. There was a kitchen hood, which we thought it was great - but we noticed just it actually wasn’t connected to the ventilation system, so all the smells just spread across the room, so just a heads up for anyone who is planning on cooking something. The shower protection glass wasn’t full width, so all the water just spread all over the bathroom, which is okay in the summer I guess, but during the winter it made our usage of the bathroom a bit hard.

No city view as in listing - only other apartments We were offered a transfer as taking the bus was a “horrible idea”. However we did so and also paid for our own Uber and it was much cheaper than the offer from the host We chose not to stay inside the walls as we had luggage but just know, everytime you want to go in town it’s a hike back. About 15 minutes and so many stairs. And it was peak summer so it’s boiling!

Loved the location of this property, it was just outside the Old Town and was 15 to 20 minute walking distance from most points of interests. The room itself was great and mostly had everything we needed for a good stay. The cost of this accommodation was also better and more budget friendly compared to most other accommodations in Dubrovnik. The staff we met were nice and accommodating.

The A/C wasn’t strong enough even at the most powerful setting, we were there during an August heatwave and the A/C struggled to keep our rooms cool enough.

The location is definitely a plus. Contactless check-in is available. Room with a balcony. Spacious room.

The walls were paper-thin. You could hear literally everything. The room door (glass) was of poor quality, which made it feel insecure. There was very little hot water for bathing. There was no lighting in the kitchen. The mattress was too soft, so you could literally fall into it. The amenities were quite poor (no toiletries in the bathroom, no washing machine).

Great location, comfortable, and clean! AC worked great and nice staff.

I would say the only thing is the room advertised a balcony with ‘city view’ but we had an outdoor space facing the next door apartment, hardly any view. But we didn’t mind!

It was modern contemporary style easy to maintain after staying 4 nights.

Too many steps which became tiring and difficult with luggage as there is no lift. The towels and bathroom should be cleaned as basic essentials after 2 days, mainly hygiene reasons as cooking breakfast leaving bins with food rubbish became unpleasant. No facility on disposal of garbage bins if so nothing found nearby. The room sleep 3 only and was not as described as It felt tight sharing not much floor area think it was little cramped for 3 adults and no privacy. I thought I paid for family room where one person sleeps in separate area but it was not made clear upon booking.

Fantastic location, close to shops& bakery. 10 min down hill walk to old town. Taxi back from old town was 25 euro if u jump in one, uber 10 euro so down load app. Very clean & modern. Very easy access for check in. Good communication with host. Would absolutely stop here again fantastic accommodation.

Tax charge it’s added in to your booking €2.60 per person per day staying. However we needed to pay the host cash. (Not hosts fault) it was my fault as it did say taxes & charges included but below added extra. I’d would have preferred booking .com take the whole payment as a whole & have it paid straight off. So just keep an eye out for extra charges on booking. One room had amazing view other not so good but wasn’t an issues.

Very good location, 15 min easy walk to old town. Close vicinity to a very nice bakery and a few shops. The room is small but has almost everything you need in it. The bathroom is well equipped and we got fresh towels after a couple days. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped but missing a coffee machine or any other alternative.

- Unfortunately, our room had both windows malfunctioning, not closing properly. This, combined with the fact that the building is next to a busy road and intersection, made it very unpleasant during the night. - Lack of a coffee machine. This is not a high cost and should be easily fixed, not sure why it's missing. Having to do a run to the close by bakery just for coffee first thing in the morning was not ideal - Some of the power outlets were almost hanging from the wall. Again, something that could be easily fixed. These kind of details are important when spending a load of money on accomodation.

The location of the apartament is great! You can reach old town in aproximately 10-15 min. There is possibility also to walk to different beaches in similar walking time in different directions so apartment is kind of in the middle of them. Also there is opportunity to be picked up by staff from airport for extra charge and it was nice and worth to use! Towels and bed sheets are also taken out by cleaners if you staying longer period.

Sound isolation on the ceiling is pretty bad because you can hear every step, even wake up from it. There are rooms above and also stairs close to the doors, so everytime someone is walking/running in apartment above or stairs you can hear it or even wake up from it.

It was a great apartment with a bed, table and chairs, microwave, kettle, fridge, hob and dishwasher. Plus pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. An en-suite shower room and a large balcony. Matija was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment was so clean. They also provide everything needed for the kitchen (e.g. dishwasher tablets). It’s in a great location and is between two mini supermarkets. On the main road to the old town, there are a few restaurants too. We walked to the old town in 20 minutes and to the ferry port in 30 minutes.

Not that I didn’t like it, but the steps were inconvenient with a baby. I don’t know how that could be resolved given Dubrovnik is hilly. It’s just something to be aware of.
