My stay at the Hilton Dubrovnik was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind in a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also hard to beat — just a short walk from the Old Town, yet still peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, the Hilton Dubrovnik combines comfort, quality, and convenience, and I would happily stay here again.

The only downside we found was the rooms need cleaning better, hair on floor from previous guests and bathroom was lacking basic cleaning.

Breakfast was very good indeed. Plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was pretty perfect. The room was ok, the bathroom felt dated and the shower over the bath would have been better as a walk in shower.

I would have much preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly on a daily basis. For example, we dropped crumbs on the floor and they were still there when we left 3 days late, as was a dirty glass on the balcony and a food wrapper. The indoor pool wasn’t very inviting and really let down the vibe of the hotel. It is crying out for an outdoor pool.

The hotel was fantastic, location was great for the Old City and the hotel was very classy and elegant. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and unlike most hotels the hairdryer was brilliant ! The restaurant and bar were excellent, breakfast was first class and even had complimentary champagne. Best of all were the friendly, attentive and very efficient staff.

Perfect location, just next to the Pile Gate bus stop and at the entrance to the old town; there are several mini-marts within 2 mins walk. The room was huge and the view was magnificent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

It looks like not much thought has gone into planning the layout of the room, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat is slotted into a space that’s too narrow to make sense, so you have to sit sideways as the wall in front is way too close. The toilet roll holder then becomes 270 degrees behind you, and it was rather difficult to use… Otherwise the shower was powerful enough and the Crabtree and Evelyn amenities of pretty good quality.

The disappointment arose from the ad for the Hilton included the use of the pool area as well as the workout facilities. A day after checking in, we inquired about the pool and workout areas, desiring to use them. We were then told they were closed due to repairs, but we could get transported to another hotel's facilities. Traveling on a bus to another facility with wet clothes, etc., was not inviting. The Hilton was wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and the bar staff. Though young themselves, the Reception staff were a bit stuffy. However, the bellhops were tremendously helpful!

Flawless experience at the Hilton, amazing staff. Every interaction from cleaners to reception to restaurants was superb. Incredibly beautiful decor, food in the Lobby lounge was exceptional and we ended up having a few lunches here. Breakfast perfect everyday and we used the exec lounge most days.

Location was a bit away from the city, but close to the sea. Breakfast was very nice, mixture of turkish and intercontinental. Rooms were always clean.

Something i had never encountered before was that as a group we couldnt go to each others rooms if it were on a different floor. Your key card only allowed you access to your floor, you had to request for extra keycards for your rooms if you had people that needed to come over.

The hotel was beautiful. The decor in the hotel and in the rooms was very tasteful. They had lovely flower arrangements around the hotel and it was always very clean and had a lovely smell. The staff were second to none. They were incredibly polite, helpful and welcoming, it really made the stay so much nicer. The hotel is also in a perfect location within a two minute walk to the old town, definitely a must stay location.

The only negative was the pillows, they looked lovely and puffy but were very flat once laid upon. The cushions on the sofa were better.

Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is one time life experience you must have! For those who are clients of Hilton hotel chain, this one is far above many others hotels from the group. Extremely well positioned, at few steps from the entrance to Old Town with a stunning view to the fortress. All personnel was extremely professional and kind during our stay. Rooms are very beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was simply delicious and with many options covering all needs. We would chose each and every time Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik.
