The location was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It isn't a very big room, so storing large amounts of luggage may be difficult.

The location was perfect - exceptionally quiet but right next to everything. The outdoor cinema from our room window was just amazing and finished around 12 every night. We were lucky to catch a viewing and wouldn’t have known about it if it were not for the location of the apartment. The apartment was clean and had every item necessary for the duration of our stay. Access to the property was very straight forward and there were absolutely no issues with this, despite our very late arrival time into Dubrovnik.

There were a lot of stairs up to the 3rd floor of the property but Dubrovnik has a lot of stairs in general, so no complaints about that. Due to the excess heat in Dubrovnik at the time of our arrival, there was a slight smell of drains from our bathroom at times but this was not a fault of the property.

Amazing location in Old Town, everything was less than 5 minute walk. The accommodation was clean and the host was very easy to contact, responded quickly to any enquiries and was extremely helpful. Would stay there again and definitely recommend

Amazing stay. ‘U Nikse’ is hybrid experience between photo gallery, natural history museum and boutique hotel. Absolutely the best accommodation within the city walls. Strategic position but quiet, next to open air cinema. Watch latest movies for free. Smart units, ‘super/normal’ design, peak performances, beautiful artwork. Staircase tower as cabinet of curiosities shows rich and turbulent family history - thematizing ‘leaving and returning’. We shall come back, definitely.

The host was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier because we had booked a walking tour at 12nn. We liked the place and location. It was so near Pile Gate. We had big luggage that we couldn't afford to drag it all the way to the old town center. The only stairs we had to take were the ones going to our room but it was all good since we didn't have to walk that far from the gate. The place was also accessible to restaurants and bars. It's just about 1 min walk from the place. The room was so pleasant and clean. Very modern. It even has a kitchen and we were able to cook for our dinner too. The bathroom was good! Even after a shower, the water was contained within the shower area unlike other bathrooms where the water would flow everywhere. Surprisingly the TV had a Netflix access and there is also sort of a Nespresso machine with free capsules and these gave more value for the price we paid!

By the window from our room, we noticed that there is sort of an event place. It had chairs arranged like there will be a show at night. Good thing there wasn't any event during our stay otherwise we would have a challenge sleeping.

Modern, comfortable and quiet apartment inside the walls of the Old Town. The accommodation team were super helpful throughout my stay.

This apartment was incredibly well located within the old city. It was walkable to everything. It was also very comfortable and well equipped with ample storage space for all of our travel accessories.

The website did not specify this but, our unit was on the fourth floor with a very narrow, steep and winding staircase. We only travel with carry-on luggage but, it was very challenging getting those up and down the stairs. Also, we stayed four nights but, our bedding was never changed.

We had a great stay in the "u nikše" apartmem and would definitely recommed it! Superb position-so near to all the amenities and what is also quite important located in the southern half of the city-without steps! Many of our friends did not know that there is flat half of the city and a very steeps one in the north. It is good to know it before you book. The apartment is modern, new and clean, with a big flat TV, great kitchen and big bath. We liked the opportunity to watch the open-air cinema for free-just by opening the window! Rare to find. Artworks throughout the house-a visual diary of the owners" family. We have never been to such an exquisite place before. We saw a great selection of T-shirt on the web page of the apartment and would like to get one as a souvenir of our stay in Dubrovnik. How to purchase it?

Amazing location, it was very close to pile gate and getting anywhere took virtually less than 10 minutes. the room was clean, there was a coffee machine and pods provided which was very handy.

It was on the ground floor so and the window faced a wall. The room was a little bit small, you could sit on the bed and use the hob, but if you're not planning on cooking a big meal, you'll be just fine. There were also only 2 toilet rolls for four days and we had to purchase our own.

Central, but quiet. Despite getting a message that early check-in or bags dropping was not possible, we then got offered both. The property is clean and has great air con (super important). No stairs to get to the property, but some inside.

It was all good for me, but a word of warning for who needs to use the kitchen: that was just a counter by the bed, I wouldn’t like to use.
