This hotel is conveniently located in the old city, within the walls and all the major attractions are only minutes away. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and the cleaner is very efficient with her coming to clean the room early every day, so I had a fresh room when I returned to rest in the afternoon. The staff member who checked me in (Romano) is friendly and helpful and provided me with maps and advice on restaurants to eat in. Check in was also very efficient, with Romano waiting for me when I arrived.

After travelling in Europe for six weeks, for us, this boutique hotel got it right. Instead of heavy winter weight douvets, they had summer weight ones... we even had face washers! A kettle etc in the room was a great addition. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, informative and very quick to help us take our suitcases up and down the stairs. The location is brilliant and right on the doorstep of some amazing restaurants and sights. It seems they have done thorough research on what some international tourists like in a hotel. Top marks.

A great location, easy to get to and close to everything in the old town. The hosts were super helpful and the room was very clean with everything we needed.

Nothing to do with the property, but be aware of the breakfast voucher - definitely not worth using. You basically get a voucher for 9 euros, which gives you 9 euros off of the nominated restaurant’s breakfast menu. However the restaurant does not allow you to use it off the standard menu, you get a special menu - in essence an omelette, coffee and orange juice, which will still cost you 9 euros, even with the voucher. You can get much better food off of the Main Street in the old town

We stayed here our first night in Dubrovnik after a long travel day and we were greeted by the nicest host at check in. He gave us all the recommendations, where to go, what to do and we went to his restaurant recommendation which was amazing. The room was perfect and bed/pillows were so comfortable. Location was amazing, great wifi as well. There were stairs to get to to Dominus little palace and to our room but it wasn't bad at all....just be sure to be prepared! Everything was great! They stored our luggage the next day while we did our walking tour before leaving and were so kind about everything!

Antonio who greeted us and checked us in and out was absolutely brilliant with help- especially with luggage ! , but also excellent advice and just so professional . The hotel is in a perfect location in the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik , and the Dominus Little Palace is such a wonderful place to stay , in keeping with the traditions of the Old Town

Given the setting and the beauty of the Old Town , nothing could have been better , apart from prices in an expensive place to be regards food and drink , that is not a reflection on the hotel , just a sad fact regards the Old Town , also so many restaurants offer the same Pizza /Pasta type food, but with research and help from the hotel we did find some excellent places offering more traditional local food

The very warm welcome and service and also the central location. The street was very quiet despite being near to the centre of town. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very helpful with advice about things to do and places to eat. It was also good to be able to leave our bags for the last day after checkout as we had a late flight. Fantastic stay in a great hotel in a beautiful city.

This place was great. We stayed in the executive suite. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful for suggestions of places to go and where to eat. Loved this place. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion forget the breakfast offer. It is a ripoff and not worth it. The cafe gives you a different menu and substandard food. The continental breakfast was one croissant and the omelet was paper thin.

When we arrived we were welcomed like family and shown to our room. We opted to upgrade to the suite to treat ourselves, it was well worth it for the view alone. Very comfortable accommodation with all the little things done well, like the quality of the furniture, ornaments, WiFi, bathroom products etc - all very good. Romano was very helpful and suggested good places to eat, nearby.

The hotel is located inside the old city. We didn't need a car or taxi for most sightseeing. Walking will do. The hotel staff members were very helpful for taking care of my luggage from and to the taxi stations.

The building is very old. (However, the owner seemed to do her best to make it clean and plesant.) The hotel did not serve breakfast. Instead, it provided 50% discount coupons for breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

The check-in was excellent. The man who checked us in was very knowledgeable and gave us a map and shared all the main points to see and gave us vouchers for an excellent cafe where you got breakfast for 9 euros each with the voucher. Very helpful. Accommodation was spotless. Executive suite was very spacious, beautifully decorated and a lovely place to stay. Location was excellent.

Milk in the room would be nice to go with the tea.
