Ideal location, just a few steps away from the Pile Gate. Communication is really good and fast. We checked in late and clear instructions were provided via Whatsapp. There are codes in the frontdoor and also in the room. Bed is super comfy, tea and coffee is provided, there is mini-fridge as well. There are not a lot of stairs to our room since we were assigned at Room 1. Possible to leave the luggage after checkout. Staff is super friendly, we only met one of them which is Thea and she is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Dubrovnik.

There is airconditioning but it did not work well. The airflow out is weak and it stops after a few minutes. Since it is Spring, the air is still a bit cold outside so we just opened the window. However opening the window there will be some noise outside coming from the nearby restaurant.

Location is in the old town, short walk from the Pile Gate. The restaurant next door serves reasonable price foods. Reception also function as reception for other accommodations, it would be available until late for check ins, but would not be attended if no guess is checking in.

It is in an old building, there is no elevator, but narrow stairs. Only one room in each floor. I was assigned to the 3rd floor room and have to climb 4 set of stairs. At check in, receptionist help me to bring my suitcase up, but at check out, since it is early morning, I have to bring it down myself. Window is facing the narrow street in front of the hotel, so practically no view.

I stayed on 4th floor/attic room. The host brought my suitcase up for me. The location was just incredible: 50 ft from main street, close to Pile Gate/easy to enter and exit walls. Close to Marina and all stores and restaurants. 150ft from the Wall walk. The building and room was gorgeous. Great AC. Awesome ambiance. Great storage for toiletries, clothes, etc. Fridge was appreciated. Towels provided. Super helpful hosts on-site till 11pm.

A fridge with a freezer for ice making would be an appreciated bonus during the summer heat. Apart from that, it was quaint and lovely.

Modern and stylish apartment and building, lots of nice finishing touches. Good bathroom size and powerful warm shower. All very clean. Comfortable bed. Great location and not noisy given how central it was. Quite warm so either open window and get some noise or aircon which is a little noisy but not as bad as some. Not a lot of space for suitcases due to the narrow width of room but wardrobe and safe are provided which is great. Only a tiny kitchenette area so you can't really prepare much food but okay to have breakfast and there is a fridge in the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and willing to give local recommendations which were genuine local recommendations not "sponsored" ones

Room and layout was a little small but it was fine for us for 5 nights

The property was so central in old town but not in a noisy area . Solo female felt very safe . Room was single loft room on the 4 th floor. Stairs easy to climb . I think total of 4 rooms in this building . It had tv , fridge , coffee machine and kettle , hair dryer and air con . Shower very good . The staff amazing so friendly and helpful . I arrived late so no staff on but instructions and follow up was brilliant .

The location is perfect. Right in the center of the town, but on a very quiet street so it was very calm. Coffee / tea in the room as well. Air conditioning. Luggage storage. They let me check in early.

The bathroom. There was mold in the shower and quite a nasty humid smell. Nothing dramatic but unpleasant. The room for a single person is on the top floor, 4th floor; only stairs in the attic (titled roof) so quite small and not like the photos shown.

The location was very close to the main street and flat so easier with the suitcases. The bathroom was very nice (although we had an odd drain smell at times) , the beds comfortable and it was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It was a nice quiet area despite just being off the main Stradum.

I tried to get answers to some questions I had about how many stairs there was but didn't get a response to last minute. There was a lot of stairs as each room is on its own floor, more information on that would have been appreciated.

the location is amazing sin the centre of old town. room was clean. I loved the art pieces all over the place. the stuff we’re friendly and helpful. the bed was super comfortable and the pillow was very nice.

I booked the solo room. i pumped my head few times and I am 175. there was some noise coming from water pump or something else. it was annoying especially in the evening. shower gel you need to get it from the reception.

Excellent location inside Old Town also close to all historical sites and restaurants. Receptionist is very helpful to carry our luggage up the steep stairs which are not easy for seniors.

Room is quite small no place to put our luggage. There is no wardrobe in the room also not much space to move around. However bathroom is much more spacious. The building has its own historical charm

The apartment is well equipped and in a perfect location close to Pile Gate. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the one we stayed in, but we did our research and were well prepared for the many stairs within the city. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us tips on what to do during our visit.

The noise from the streets could be heard within the apartment making it difficult to get a good sleep.
