The host is wonderful and super accommodating! The room exceeded our expectation and it made for a very pleasant stay and base from which to roam and experience Dubrovnik. I could write numerous paragraphs on all that is wonderful about 7 Oaks Noble House and Old City Dubrovnik but it would not do Dubrovnik justice. Trust me, you have to experience Croatia and Dubrovnik yourselves! The history, the people, the restaurants, the landscape and the sea are simply an amazing experience! My wife and I are looking forward to going back to Croatia! Also, I would suggest physical training a bit before visiting Dubrovnik’s old city because it is a city of stairs. Avoidable of course but then you will be missing out on too many fabulous walks and sights.

A caution note here: Be very, very, very aware of where you let a taxi or Uber drop you off. Our Uber driver dropped my wife and I off at the top of a super steep flight of stairs, and I mean STEEP! There we were stranded at the top of the old city stair cases with large suitcases; it would have been very bad even if we had only backpack but the drop off location that our Uber driver chose was a monumental disaster! Having said that, BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DRIVER YOU WANT TO BE DROPPED OFF AT THE ‘PILE’ GATE ENTRANCE. Make sure you know where that location is before jumping in a taxi or Uber. You have been warned!

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location easy to access all sites. Very Quiet hotel. Newly opened and has all the modern amenities one is looking for. Beach towels were even provided for a wonderful swim at nearby beaches. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Gorgeous room, perfect location, incredibly helpful and kind staff! We found ourselves spending more time in the room relaxing than we planned because it was so comfortable. The design of the space and the amenities are all top quality. Beautiful!

Staff helpful beyond the normal level, helping with bookings, etc. Beautifully appointed room, modern, spacious, with superb shower. Ideal location.

Air conditioning had slightly musty smell.

Location was fantastic. Just steps away from Stradun and city walls. Harbour only a few mins walk. Many many restaurants and bars close by. Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet at night. Some noise from restaurants close by, but very quiet later at night. Reception is not staffed most of the time, but you have the phone number to text any questions or issues, and is very responsive. We had a great stay!

Didn’t impact us, but sofa bed is pretty high off the ground, and single bed size. I don’t think that bed would suit a small child who moves around the bed a lot! But worked fine for my family.

Every little detail is beautifully detailed and presented as though it literally renovated yesterday - this very small guesthouse of just 7 rooms exudes care and quality , the staff ( hi Karla!!) were almost invisible and only there when needed - the location is just 6 steps above the main plaza yet at back enough to be quiet - so quiet and private intact we never met or heard another guest We can’t imagine how you would do a better job at reconsidering a 700 year old building - it was spectacular and yes we will come back

It didn’t concern us as we are still fit and healthy but if you struggle with stairs - this isn’t for you - in fact the entire Dubrovnik old town isn’t for you - so get fit or don’t come

Karla and her team were exceptionally welcoming. A few days before our arrival, Karla reached out via text to confirm our arrival time, which was great. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town and within walking distance of everything. The hotel itself was very quiet and impeccably clean. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely recommend a visit to Dubrovnik—it’s incredibly safe, and the Old Town is both beautiful and rich in history. Be prepared for lots of steps if you wander off the main Stradun.

While stylish & clean, we weren’t fans of the bathroom design as the glass wasn’t fully opaque.

Hotel is perfectly located just off the main street about half-way between the ends. Just a short distance along the side street and up a few stairs to the entrance. Very clean, neat, modern inside. There are quite a few stairs and no elevator (but a dumbwaiter for luggage). We had been warned so this was no surprise. We WERE surprised at how nice the room was. Beautifully and cleverly modernized. There can be street noise but closing the windows mostly eliminates that.

We arrived early in the day (about 10:30) and there was no one to let us in. Fortunately, we rapped on the door glass and a staff person came and helped us. We had no telephone number to call, so this could have been a problem. Would be good to ensure that guests have a way to contact front desk even if they arrive early.

A recently opened, very well appointed small hotel just off Stradun. Very nice mix of modern (good quality) and old. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. We just needed a place for a night (morning flight), but this ended up being a very nice surprise. We would happily go back for a couple of days. Lovely staff.

The room was beautifully designed -the bathroom with dressing area and hospitality area was clever and stunning. The staff were amazing and kindly extended our stay on the day of check out as I wasn’t too well .In common with all the people we met in Croatia so helpful and kind. Location wise -straight off Stradum and only 4 steps up to the door-a massive bonus for the old town. The lift inside was a bonus to carry the luggage. After 10 days in and around Croatia going up 2 flights of stairs to the room was easy.

The property is double fronted our room on the corner backed onto a street of busy restaurants The noise was disruptive on our last night but that may have been exacerbated by my illness. I would ask for a room on the left of the building (looking at the front door) which would be much quieter albeit noise is always a factor in the old town
