Great location in the old town but 105 steps to the apartment ! Quiet at night and well equipped. Very clean and our towels got changed after a few days. Breakfast is in a local restaurant (very good) - you get breakfast vouchers from the host.

This apartment is perfect for couples. It is neat, clean and conveniently located while the checking in and out process was very easy. I would recommend this flat to anyone as it is great value for money. The shower and bathroom were clean and nice and we had everything we needed in terms of a sofa, cooking items and a very comfortable bed. The location is second to none, with supermarket shops nearby and the beauty of Dubrovnik clear from the street.

The room was a little cold due to the extreme winds we were facing at the time. We did not expect heating due to Dubrovnik's natural climate and we were unfortunate that it was an unusually cold week. We were able to use the air conditioning on a high setting, but it was difficult to heat beyond the top floor. My only recommendation in this regard would be for some blankets for the bottom floor. The shower would fill up fairly quickly, but this was not really a problem as we had shorter showers to make sure we did not run out of hot water.

Competitive price for inside Dubrovnik old town walls. Compact apartment yet has everything you need: good bathroom with basic body cleanser, plenty of towels, hairdryer; kitchenette to manage small meals if desired; comfortable king sized bed. Spotlessly clean. Excellent air conditioning. Check-in is completely possible via WhatsApp, and the company has an office close by where you can go in person during business hours, and staff are so helpful. Voucher for decent breakfast at a nearby cafe. Quiet even though so close to many restaurants.

I loved this property so much! But: stairs are a fact of life for Dubrovnik. I don’t mind as I have basic everyday fitness. Note: to reach this property you must climb streets with several flights of steep stone stairs with your luggage no matter which way you come. Then, the property itself has stairs, and our apartment (11) also had stairs inside. There are no elevators. If you have mobility or fitness issues consider another option. If you are tall, note the upper floor mezzanine has a low, angled ceiling.

The location was great if you wanted to enter through the buza gate. The rooms were clean and the staff changed the towels every day. The breakfast was good. But I only had one day to use them so I didn't try the other options. (Omelette/ prosciutto and cheese with a coffee). The kitchen is well equipped and they offer free coffee sachets and fruit tea bags. The communication between the hosts was great. The view outside the top apartment window was very nice. The shower was nice. Over all it was a great location for us as we did a lot of excursions and needed a quick escape in the mornings. I would recommend this location to my friends.

The AC in the room is facing the stairs so it eventually will cool the whole room but it's pointing at a weird location. Hardly a bad point. We don't mind the steps but for older people there are quite a few steps from the main streets to the apartment. However if you bring your suitcase from the top of buza gate it's not far from lady pipi restaurant. (Personal issues)

Excellent location on a quiet street. Also relatively easy with the luggage as it was not up and down the hills (it’s a thing in Dubrovnik). The staff was very easy to communicate with. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend to everyone!

The bed was a little hard and not the most comfy, but I guess that is down to personal preference. I wish there was breakfast served earlier than 8am, as I had to catch a ferry at 8.05. It would be helpful if they offered a packed breakfast or something as an alternative..

Received clear straightforward instructions for check-in. We arrived earlier than anticipated and so went directly to reception to see if it would be possible to leave our luggage until check in time. We were told that the room was almost ready and were able to check in early which was fabulous. Staff were really responsive to messages. Breakfast was very good. The location was superb - however, there are a lot of steps up to the property which I think you would find with almost all accommodation within the city walls.

We didn't realise that breakfast was provided at a local restaurant rather than on site. Not a huge problem though, just maybe wouldn't have booked B&B had we realised.

The front desk guy helped us with dinner options on last minute request. So dinner was great at his suggested restaurant. Also, we needed late check out, so we were able to leave luggages in a secure location.... thank you. Short stay but nice

Cozy appartment located in a quiet area of Dubrovnik's Old Town. Breakfast with a good variety at a nearby restaurant was also included. The appartment's kitchen was well equipped.

There are some stairs to climb if you arrive from the main street, but we got used to them rather quickly. A coffee machine would have been a great addition in the appartment.

Great central location to the old town. everything is walking distance. Good air conditioning and comfy bed. The host was contactable by text if you need anything. Had a great stay.

There are about 100 steps to get to the property from everywhere. we had to do this walk about 3 times a day to get back to the apartment so had absolutely killing sore legs the whole trip but the location is great if you don’t mind walking the steps every time you leave the apartment. It is also very small and right for space. We weee hoping for the spacious apartment with the sofa etc from the pictures but got a small one with a table and 2 chairs. We were not inside it much so didn’t mind.

Location in old town was good. Modern. Clean.

Heating system made upstairs where the bed is very hot but the downstairs was very cold. Kitchen sink had no hot water because the faucet didn’t allow it. Low ceilings upstairs kept bumping head.
