Such a cute and perfect little apartment right in the heart of the old town. Fully stocked with everything you will need and you can rest assured that everything is of a great quality. Some other reviews refer to noise from a bar. In apartment 8 we did not hear any.

The only thing people she be aware of is the number of stairs up to the apartment and around a right corner at the top. Not easy with large luggage.

It had a lot of character , it was comfortable and very clean . Andrea was so friendly and answered all our questions . Beautiful property .

Delicious breakfast at a nearby location. Beautifully furnished apartments just off the main street of Old Town Dubrovnik. No steps to navigate; very close to the Pile Gate, and a 5-10 minute walk to Banje Beach.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the kindness of Andrea on the staff and the wonderful breakfasts. The location just off the main street in the old town was great, close by all the sites, the seafront and all the restaurants. It was one of the only old town apartments to offer free parking about 4 km away, at its sister More Hotel. When you arrive, park at pay parking on the right, just before the Pile Gate to old town. It costs 40 Kuna which is about 5 E per hour. Unload and take your luggage through the Pile gate (with no steps!) to the Main Street and look for Mama’s Bar on a left side street about halfway down the Main Street. More Apartments are on the left. The staff will give you instructions about the More Hotel parking and the bus #6 for your return.

Mama’s Bar was right under our window and played nice music during the day and a sort of grinding music during the evening. They were very good about closing around midnight so it didn’t bother us much.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark at night. The wireless was strong and consistent. The location is in the center of the old town. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

We were in room 8008 which is a third floor walk up. The apartment is built into the rafters of the roof of the building with several very low beams to navigate. Do not recommend for tall people. The bathroom is problematic. Steep stairs to the toilet and the shower head that is installed is way too big for the space causing flooding everywhere.

Andrea, the hostess, was very polite, efficient, and timely. She was always available at any time to answer questions or to help with directions. Dubrovnik is a gem, it is very clean, very medieval, very friendly, very embracing. The wall is most impressive, the locals are polite, and kind. The architecture of the walled city is very unique. It is a symbol of a fierce desire for liberty and independence from the locals. I enjoyed every second of my stay because I did a lot of research about the area prior to my visit.

Nothing, even the last day I had to leave very early for the airport and a taxi driver promised me he would be there at 4 A.M. and he was. His name was Mateo Krmek. The service everywhere is very professional and kind. There is an abundance of chic places to eat. I loved the Arsenal and the Taj Majal, both in the walled city.

The staff was very nice. The property was very nice and clean. Location-wise it is very nicely situated in the heart of dubrovnik close to one of the best restaurants of Dubrovnik. The Hotel in general was nicely renovated.

The bed was not as comfortable as you would expect from a hotel in this class. It could have been selected form a better quality bed class. In addition, I understand that the building is a historic building. However, the management should call a licensed plumber to check the drains. There was a distinct sewer smell in the unit every time we enter. Probably due to failing p-trap. The hotel has a lot of potential if the proper care and vital upgrades are done. Overall quite happy.

We booked with just a few hours notice for one night as we missed our flight. The local host Andrea was extremely helpful. Many thanks. Well equipped Appartement, good size for 4 people, AC worked well, beds comfortable. Even free coffee available. Location very central and great, but also a bit noisy as really direct facing the Main Street down town. Apartment looked like in the offered pictures.

A bit noisy at night

Perfect location and good size for a group of 4. clean and well appointed with adequate linen etc. very helpful staff. Andrea was very helpful and got us umbrellas promptly on a rainy day for the whole group.

Lot of noise from the street due to late revellers at night and drilling from an adjacent building undergoing renovation. But most annoying was the noise coming from the apartment above through the ceiling with people walking and stamping feet late into the night and then again early morning. was difficult to get a peaceful sleep.
