Our room was very comfortable and the location in the Old Town was fabulous so would recommend it. We parked our rental car near the cable car (where there is luggage storage available) and it was a 5 minute walk to the accommodation. Be prepared for steps up and down but take your time and savour the view. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafes nearby. Finding parking in Dubrovnik isn’t easy, our host gave directions to a parking location which was helpful (€57 for 20 hours parking in shoulder season). She had asked us for an arrival time so she could meet us at the accommodation and we felt a bit pressured as we got lost finding the parking and so were running late. She was messaging us asking us how long we were going to be as she was waiting; made it a bit stressful for us arriving in a new place.

Very helpful host. Happy to arrange taxes et cetera. Very helpful with places to eat/visit. Was happy to keep our bags security after check out time so we didn’t have to lug them around.

It is close to the centre of a busy tourist location which is quite a party place so it is inevitably a little bit noisy. The windows though are very good quality so once securely closed this shuts out most of it. Don’t let this put you off. Just being really honest in case of being a light sleeper. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent communication and location in old town Dubrovnik. My room was beautiful and well appointed. I had everything I needed. I entered through the Buza gate, used Uber to get a ride from the bus station. You’ll go down some steps to get to the apartment. When you leave you’ll go down more steps to get a taxi, bus, or Uber. The “street” this apartment is on has excellent bars and restaurants and everything touristic is in close proximity.

Great location in the heart of the old town with lots of restaurants literally on your doorstep & only one street back from the Stradun. AnaMaria was friendly & always available via WhatsApp. She organized transport for us from the airport & also helped us with our heavy suitcases up the stairs to the property 😅 Room was a little smaller than expected because we had twin beds but it was very clean & fresh towels were provided daily.

A mirror in the bedroom & more wardrobe space to hang clothes would be helpful, especially for a long stay. The bathroom was quite small with very little shelf space for toiletries.

Stayed 1 night. The tastefully decorated room was small but large enough & had a small balcony overlooking the streets. It was clean, comfortable, secure, with a great shower & comfy bed. The location was excellent. Half way down the steps from Buza Gate in a street full with restaurants but inside the room was also quiet. The stairs are steep so can be tricky if you have alot of luggage. If you walk another minute down the stairs you are in the main street with shops, more restaurants & everything close by. There are also stairs to the room which are steep but manageable. We didn’t meet the host on check in but they were in contact via text with directions & information about the room. They were there & helped with the luggage at check out. We enjoyed our stay, only wished we had stayed longer.

Great location. Very close to Buza gate where we got off the taxi. Because the stairs are quite steep in Dubrovnik in general and so staying close to the gate would be nice for people who carry luggages. They let us store our luggages there after we checked out, which we really appreciated.

We ran out of hot water in the middle of shower :( The bathroom door could not be properly closed. The room was much smaller than it looks in the photos (pretty difficult to open a 28-inch luggage). We could hear everything people in the next room were saying.

The apartment is very well located, in a high traffic area but not noisy. The room is very well equipped, nicely decorated and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

For those who do not know the city or how to access its inner streets, a little more guidance on location and access is required. It would be excellent to have facilities to leave luggage after check-out because there are no luggage storage spaces in the surrounding area that facilitate the mobility of passengers. It would be a courtesy that would make the stay even more pleasant.

The rooms are very well appointed, spotlessly clean and the host AnnaMarie could not have been more helpful. She let us store our bags since we had an evening flight and gave some great suggestions of restaurants and slightly different things to do given this was our second visit to Dubrovnik.

There are a lot of steep steps - nothing much that can be done about this but would recommend approaching the property from the Pile or Ploce Gates especially with bags rather than Buza Gate.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. Ana Maria was a very lovely host - very attentive and accommodating…. When we had trouble finding the location, she helped us by coming to find us and helping with our luggage.. just recommendations I’m ready to eat.

We actually did not like the location of the property. This is not a function of the property at all but moreso about not liking the location. For some people being in old town would be a requirement and an excellent thing. For us this wasn’t the case. When I booked this room, I didn’t realize that we would have to walk up very steep steps to arrive at the property from the base of old town (Stradun). It should have been easier as we had a map. The little streets are so intricate there, that it can be tricky to find your accommodation.

Location was superb. Reception was good, smooth and the check-in time was early, which I appreciate it very much. WiFi was strong enough, floors were squeaky clean, beds comfy, clean with a great aroma.

The bathroom was very tight, to maneuver around.
