Location was great. It is inside the old city within the city walls and just a block or two from the main street. Easy walking distance from the Buza gate.

the lighting in the street at night is poor. You really have to be careful watching your step. I would not feel safe on the steps if it were raining, but that probably goes for the whole city, and not just the apartment. The apartment was a bit small for a couple if they are spending much time in the room.

The location was PERFECT literally in the main square just some steps up. The hotel was so modern and clean, amenities amazing, big shower, comfy bed, great amount of space in the room, the slippers are AMAZING. Loved that it was a hotel but gave private apartment feels since the reception isn’t in the same building.

LOTS of stairs, even in the building that wind up. Reception isn’t in the building but close by. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water would take forever to drain.

The decor was great, the bathroom was lovely and the location is excellent.

Although we had fresh towels twice, the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. On check in we were asked to provide a time after our second night where we would be out the room so housekeeping could come, the room wasn’t cleaned. This meant we didn’t have any clean glasses, spoons etc and no new shower gel etc. This wasn’t what we expected for a four star place!

Proximity to the main parts of the old town and restaurants. Rooms had a wide variety of toiletries and other items (robes, sandals, travel kits for shaving etc.)

The bathroom had poor ventilation and was stuffy after the first night. Also the bathroom walls were made of glass which was a really odd thing even though there were curtains for privacy. But another person inside the room can accidentally get a peak of everything inside the bathroom if the curtains aren't used properly.

The room was lovely, clean and was very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were high quality. There was a kettle and robes which is always nice to have. The staff was very communicative, nice and helpful. The location is central and convenient. There is an office to store your bags.

There were a lot more steep, stone steps than I was told to reach the office and then the apt. Not an issue as it an old town but if I had known how many steps there were I would have requested assistance (which is available).

The location was perfect! How fun being up the street from a fun bar. Place was clean, AC worked great, and the Bose speaker was a great touch. They had the cutest welcome arrangement of flowers, chocolate, and a champagne bottle for our Honeymoon, it was way above and beyond what we talked about and so appreciated!

The shower door was hard to maneuver around, maybe a slider instead. Stairs were hard with luggage, learned after the fact about the street up at the north end had less and was more flat. Bed could have been more comfortable, as it was pretty hard and flat pillows, but with stairs and walking we were pretty tired so it worked out!

The room was nice and very central, no big amounts of stairs to get to this one. The shower was great and the complimentary water and toiletries were a nice touch.

The room was very small, fine for me but for 2 maybe a bit too small. My room wasn’t cleaned / new towels in my 5 night stay despite arranging a date and time for this.

The room is very clean, well arranged and very presentable. the location is totally perfect, when you go out it’s already the street of Restaurants. The facility has everything and with a nice view from the window as well.

The only thing that wasn’t funtioning well was the AC, it was not really cold (18deg. or even 16deg) and water is dripping if it was on for the whole night. And as we tried to use the Bath Tub, there was hot water at first but later on we just learned that the Heater knocked off. so we were not able to use th shower as well since the Heater was busted. The Heater functioned again early in the morning. But the Receptionist was so kind and apologetic even if i messaged a bit late at night already. so we ended up not using the Bath Tub anymore coz we worried that the Heater might not function again.

Amazingly located in the center of the old town of Dubrovnik, great to just leave your room and be exactly there where you want to be. You can beat the crowds by waking up early and have that magical private moment with the city and hardly no other people! The rooms are small, but are equipped with everything you need, from slippers, bathrobes to Bose bluetooth sound system and a coffee machine.

We had a standard room and the suite on the 4th floor, this room has fabulous views over the city, while the standard room did not have any view at all. So, if you like views from your window or want to be woken up by sunlight, take the suite!

The location is great. Not too many steps to climb to get there. It has coffee maker with coffee provided, kettle, hair drier and aircon. No noise from outside.

It could have done with some shelves and some rack in the shower. Also a bedside table - it only had one. Some noise from the hallway and room above but not too bad.
