Pros: - central location in old town, everything was walking distance - comfortable, it had everything you need for a city break kitchenette, good size bathroom and good size living space - the host responds very quickly and very efficient, and was very flexible with us

There weren’t many cons, I think the only one would be - property needs an update in particular shower/bathroom, but it is all functionally and reflects why the property is so reasonably priced despite being so centrally located. - you have to climb quite a number of stairs which can be a challenge if you have small kids, but we booked this anyway as we didn’t mind not having a lift. If you have a buggy that doesn’t fold then it may be difficult for you. - a baby gate or a normal gate at the top of the stairs/ a few extra bannisters may help make it more child friendly. But otherwise we managed fine, the property and host were great, we would probably book again if we visited again.

Great location: very close to Pile gate and great starting point for a stroll around the old town or if you want to take the local bus around nearby places. The apartment itself is at the top of the building, very spacious with cooking and laundry equipment, and books to keep you busy. There are restaurants on the street where the property is but suprisingly, you dont hear the noise from downstairs. The owners were very accommodating. Ana and Nisa were helpful with the check-in process. Checkout was a breeze. Will stay again!

The host was very kind and informative, the flat location is great to reach every corner of the old town. The apartment is cozy and well furnished and equipped, it can be a bit dark but that didn't bother us at all in the hot sunny days. The host allows guests to also use the washing machine!

Matress and pillows are a bit too soft, the water heater in the bathroom is a bit inconsistent in delivering hot water.

The room is spacious and well equipped and in an excellent part of the Old Town for visiting restaurants and bars. Ana, our host, was great - helpful and responsive.

The information on Booking.com regarding key collection is not correct - they are not collected at a different address but at the apartment. Our host sorted the issue very quickly.

Location was excellent in the middle of the Old Town. Apartment was very comfortable, had all amenities and it was quiet at night despite being in the town centre.

The electric wall sockets by the bed looked unsafe as they were lose and cracked.. There was a piece of plaster which had come away from the wall in the lounge area. However, minor issues which could easily fixed. Lack of instructions on how to flush toilet, hot water for shower and dishwasher. These should have been explained or instructions left in apartment.

Location is fantastic! In the heart of the old town with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained (mostly). The bed is comfortable and the sofa beds too. Kitchen could be better equipped but has the very basic stuff. The host was very kind and willing to help. The apartment is very fresh, we didn’t t even use the air conditioning, if you open the windows the temperature is perfect!

The shower is extremely uncomfortable. It is so small you can barely fit inside and the curtain is very big so it gets on your way all the time. The paint on the walls is falling off, it should be painted again. The restaurant downstairs starts working annoyingly early and they make a lot of noise. Around 6:00am they start moving tables, taking out the trash and God knows what else but they are really loud.

The property was right in the middle of the old town, surrounded by lots of restaurants and history! Everything that we needed (the shops, harbour, and delicious food) were all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The air conditioning was a blessing after spending the hot days outside, and the room was high enough off the ground to not be affected by people outdoors still enjoying a later night. The room was spacious and clean and just perfect for a short stay. And the view from the living room window was incredible!

We honestly found everything just perfect for us

It was 3 minutes walk from Pile Gate - and the walk was flat. Perfect location. Room was large, comfortable bad, good air conditioning, hot water. Communication was excellent with a WhatsApp number for the host and very clear instructions, including images. It had a washing machine.

The location. The apartment was also really comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing to have in such hot summer weather. The check in staff was also really friendly and gave great tips.

We could have used another set of keys. We only had one for the group of 4. We were told they should have been two so the fact that one was "lost" didn't inspire a lot of condifence...

Excellent location, right in the heart of old town, everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was super comfortable and perfect for a family or couple. Great little kitchen but too many restaurants to choose from right downstairs. Harry was extremely good at communication and knowledgeable about local things to know.
