Fantastic central location. Just outside the city walls walking distance to old town. Lovely clean room. Loads of information in the room re things to do.

This accommodation is located on second floor with no lift. It's isn't suitable if you have any difficulties walking stairs/ steps.

The hotel’s location is simply excellent, close to all the main attractions with a great atmosphere. The service was outstanding, with staff always friendly and ready to help.

The only drawback is that you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel, which can be a bit challenging after a day of walking, especially in Dubrovnik, which is already full of stairs. Something to keep in mind, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was on when we arrived which was lovely after a long morning of travelling. It was in a great location with easy access to all the main sightseeing areas. Overall it was lovely- fridge was great, bed was comfy and the view off the terrace was beautiful.

The wardrobe in the room was massive which made it hard to get around the bed and there was no holder on the wall for one of the shower attachments which made it hard to use. We also didn’t receive any ‘upon arrival’ instructions so I ended up having to call the provider to ask how we could access the room.

Incredible value given the price of hotels in Dubrovnik. Charming old building right outside the Pile Gate. Very responsive host who was helpful and lovely. Room was very clean and cool and had everything I needed. The room is perfect for a nights stay.

You need to be ready for a couple flights of stairs to the building and stairs to the 2nd (ie third if you’re North American) floor. But frankly it’s a lot harder to get to a hotel in the old town anyway!! So not a big deal.

Decent location very near the Pile Gate of Dubrovnik. It is a bit of walk with luggage, including stairs both outside the building and inside (there's no lift). The wifi is good, the hot water and A/C are both good. The size of the bed and comfort level were good. The ease of getting the key and using it was nice. Overall, for Dubrovnik nearing high season, the value was decent. Good products in the shower (soap, shampoo). The communication was very good with the property manager. I was able to take the local bus from the bus station down toward Pile Gate and then just walk, and the manager confirmed that the bus stop to get to the airport would be better to go by foot rather than an expensive cab (it's about a 10-11 minute walk, with luggage and some of it has a slope). Overall, the communication was quite good.

Wish there was a coffee machine in the room with instant coffee, and enough space to put my bags somewhere. Essentially the bed takes up the whole room. There is an armoire where you can hang items and put your luggage, but it is a bit cramped.

Good location. In less than 10 minutes, you can find yourself in the old town of Dubrovnik. Clean and has a nice view. You may have to stick your head out a bit to see the old city, but you should be able to see the old city from your room, if you book the room with the view.

Nothing major, maybe a few minor problems that had little to no impact on my stay at this property. I communicated some problems I found with the room to the host and they mentioned that they will have someone resolve them. Some things can be better thought through/improved on. The bathroom is rather compact, so be careful not to make swift movements otherwise you may hit something unintentionally, so keep that in mind.

The location is great. Near to the main attraction. The view from the main hall window is really great you can see the old town. You need to climb lots of stairs. When you see the building you need to climb to the third floor because that is where the hotel is. I got pretty confused when i got there coz i knock on the ground floor door and i think it is privately owned. The place was super clean and the are very accommodating. They let you check in when the room is ready and that was around 11am with no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this as it is very accessible to all main attractions.

Just the shower. They don’t have enough hot water, i was in the middle of my shower when all of a sudden hot water was gone and i have no choice but to finish with a freezing cold water.

These are lovely well decorated rooms, very clean and well maintained, conveniently located near Pile gate, my room had a fantastic view of the city walls. The owner manager was very helpful on the phone. The rooms were cleaned immaculately every day. I never saw any staff. Keys were picked up via lock box.

The property is not accessible by road and has a steep cobbled streets to access as well as two flights of stairs to climb up. This was not clear when I booked the property, I am fit and able but had difficulty with my main luggage, which was difficult to get up the cobblestones and stairs.

The view from our room. It’s absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness and the room it’s old building but the room very modern. And the property will guide you and response you immediately. This apartment hotel highly recommended. It’s very closed to all tourists attraction. Dubrovnik I highly recommend to visit and all the restaurants serve amazing and delicious foods especially they specialty’s.

This hotel was in the heart of Dubrovnik. Not directly in the old city center, it is very close to walk. Be prepared for tons of stairs, especially if you have suitcases. This hotel you must walk to, you get greeted by many cute cats along the way. The hotel was clean and comfortable, it has all the amenities we needed. Even has a smart TV.
