Excellent location.. yes there are stairs & inclines, but that is all of Dubrovnik! We managed with two under 2's and a double buggy 😁 A straight walk down takes you to the harbour in about 20 minutes, and about 15 minutes (or less with a buggy!) in to the old town. There's shops for in house supplies on route, a laundrette, small bar/restaurant. A very relaxed and lovely stay at the Villa, staff and welcoming absolutely brilliant and accommodating. Owner arranged airport transfer with a lovely driver, on time and easy drove both ways.

Absolutely breathtaking view from the balcony of the old Town and to watch the sunset from. Large dining/lounge area and kitchenette with cook top and plenty of cooking utilities. Air conditioning in both main area and bedroom. Shop and great burger/cocktail bar not too far away 5 minutes down the steps. Great location into Old Town, steps and uphill gets the cardio going! Nice pool area to cool off after a warm day exploring.

This is an amazing set of apartments. Stunning views, but also crucially the facilities themselves are immaculate. Very fast WiFi for working if necessary. Super spacious, comfortable beds and sofa, well-equipped kitchens and bathroom. My stay here was a highlight of my trip, not only due to the accomodation but also due to Dubrovnik having so much to offer as a touristic destination. Speaking of which, the views to the Old Town and the sea are breathtaking, and the balcony has a table where you can take it all in for hours. The hosts are great as well, friendly and dilligent. The location is very near to the old town, however vertically speaking it is a bit of a descent through cute stairs and streets. There are supermarkets nearby, a few restaurants, and bus stations.

These are nitpicks in an otherwise amazing stay: 1) check-out wasn't the smoothest, while they helped with booking a Taxi, I had to wait for quite a while to check out and hand my bags over for storage. 2) I asked for late check-out one day before my due date, but they had already promised to the next customer for an early check-in, which feels non-standard and I was not warned that there was this specific risk (although they did recommend to let them know as soon as possible), so keep that in mind. 3) location-wise, the climb to get back from the Old Town is quite challenging and exhausting, so take your time and hydration if you're going on summer. Otherwise, just factor in taxi/transport in the costs.

A really spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed. Complimentary liqueurs were a really nice touch. There are a couple of supermarkets close by and a really nice restaurant/bar too Tata's - the cocktails are the best ever! It's just a short walk to the old town of Dubrovnik, though there are lots and lots of steps. Our host arranged our taxi from the airport and the return journey too, great service.

The staff were very nice waiting until we got there and to accomodate the parking spot for us, great location for the apartment. The room had all the amenities, also a kettle and a kind of grill very useful if you want to heat up some food. They were kind enough to allow us to leave the car for a couple extra hours after check out. However, since we wanted to stay a bit longer they recommended a few parkings that were affordable options to leave the car. We left the car at Parking i To which is close by (around 15 minutes walk) and it had a rate of 1,5€ an hour and if you were to stay for more than 8 hours or daily it has a flat rate of 13€.

The apartment was easy to find and the view from the balcony is stunning! Being able to check in early was very helpful. The location was perfect for us - a short walk into the old town. The stairs back up are a good workout but they give you the chance to stop and look back at the views. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome and enjoyed sipping the liqueurs provided. A fab place, just wish we had stayed longer!

Our host arranged the taxi to collect and return us to the airport. He met us on arrival and took us to our apartment (we arrived early). Our host completed our check in efficiently. In our apartment there were quite a few complimentary toiletries, wine and liqueur!

Excellent apartment that is fully equipped with everything you could need. Pool and terrace area are lovely and we really appreciated them in the summer heat! Clean towels delivered to our room during our stay and complimentary wine were lovely touches- thank you for a fabulous time!

The apartment is located less than a 10 minute walk from the Old Town centre but it is on a hillside and can only be accessed by many, many steps or an up-hill walk.

The location was great, a short walk to the old town. The room was very clean & spacious. The owners/staff were very helpful and responsive and made our trip really easy.

No real negatives but small details like no bedside light or only being able to turn off the lights via a main switch was not ideal but everything about the property was great

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Close to Old Town (although directly up hill so be ready for the steps!), with a great view from the balcony and bedroom windows. Hosts were very helpful, towels and bedding were changed during our stay.

Would suggest a better shower fitting and the kitchen tap needs attention - although both work and there is plenty of hot water!
