Villa Katarina is a lovely location situated between the Old City and Lapad. It was perfect for my partner and me, as we wanted to explore both sides of Dubrovnik without needing to use the bus. There are many stairs, but it’s Dubrovnik, so you expect nothing less, and it’s great for working on those calves! The hosts were wonderful and offered helpful recommendations. They were always around if we needed anything, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day, as our flight was only in the evening. This gave us the chance to do a bit of last-minute exploring before heading to the airport.

Nice location, clean rooms and bathrooms, terrace sit out. Elderly owner is a nice lady, and tries to do her best in helping out. Dubrovnik old town is a 20 minute walk.

Only one apartment has what they claim is a kitchen. It is just a cook top and a basin in a tiny corner. I would not recommend to spend more for this apartment if you do not need a kitchen. Slightly difficult to carry baggage from the road up to the apartment as there are about 15-20 steps to be climbed.

The Villa is close to the old town without the exuberant prices there. The studio is spacious, clean, well furnished, with clean bathroom and additional towels, amazing sea view, and very comfortable king size bed. We are very satisfied with our stay there and we will definitely stay there again. The landlady is very friendly and helpful, we highly recommend the place, its location and the price.

The location is very good, not far from the old city, the service is very considerate, there are welcome juices and candies, we got wet when we went out to sea, and they gave us electric heaters. Overall I like it 💕

There is no shampoo and shower gel that needs to be prepared by yourself. There will be no hot water in the downstairs room after taking a shower for a long time. （45 minutes)You need to control the bathing time. It would be better if the room can smell better.

Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a terrace area to relax in. The room had great AC for this summer heat, and a nice hot shower. Also this isn't too far away from the old town and it has some good markets and restaurants nearby, as well as the bus stop. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it! :)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Katarina. The property was nice & clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The balconies were great and we were fortunate to meet Katarina, who was a very generous and kind host.

Property was great, only thing to note is that the walk back from the town centre is about 15mins uphill. Mainly gradual not many steps though so not too bad.

Very nice and modern room. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely patio outside the property with loungers. 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Exceptionally clean.

There is no parking at the property - nearby parking €16 for 24 hours. Property could benefit from bedside lamps. There is a door at the property that leads to the owner’s house meaning noise can be heard.

The lady that takes care of the apartments is super friendly and even cooked some pasta for us since our apartment didn't have a kitchen in it! The room was clean and the terrace had a lot of space to relax and get some sun, she let us stay there even after checkout while we waited for our flight! There's also a good bakery close by for breakfast.

There are two places called 'villa Katarina' in Dubrovnik, we went to the wrong one first and wasted some time. Make sure yuu use the address in booking and not the name

People hosting where very kind and the room was clean, big enough for 2 people and in a great location!

Katarina is a very sweet and very helpful person. We were very pleased with Katarina. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Our room had a cute little terrace and we had a pleasant time there. We ate our meals there and drank our tea there. The location is 10 minutes walking distance to the old city and the sea. There were markets right next to it. Thank you very much to Katarina for everything.
