We were very glad to stay there. There was the swimming pool and the staff was very friendly. Rooms very clean, Air conditioning inside and very confortable to Dubrovnik city. With Uber in around 10 mins we were soon in the city. The swimming pool is an add and we were relaxing and then go to visit the city. I would like to return. For breakfast included you can choose 10 types of breakfast. We also had a lunch there and it was very good.

I liked the swimming pool; the friendliness of the staff; the quick response to any need. The home is across the street from the bus station. Can take the bus into Dubrovnik from there. Breakfast was enough variety and food. Great balcony area to relax and daydream.

The quick response to any need is also backfiring when it comes to smoking inside the restaurant/ cafe- as soon as you start smoking, an ashtray will be brought over. It isn’t that the room is smoky, but one can smell it. Sitting by a window helps. But when prior sinus issues exist, I would like to caution. The mattress was a little thin; could have been more comfortable. Only hand soap was provided.

- Location is excellent. The apartments are a short walk from two supermarkets and a pharmacy. Just cross over the road and down some steps and you’re at the harbour with two lovely restaurants. Follow the coastal path to some lovely small pebble beaches and more places to eat. The bus stop to go into Dubrovnik old town is directly opposite the apartments. Zaton Mali is beautiful and quiet and only a short bus/ taxi ride away from the busyness of Dubrovnik. - Facilities were great. A lovely pool and hot tub that can be accessed all day and in the night. We often had the pool to ourselves! The room had a hair dryer and lots of leaflets and information to help with our stay. There is also a clothes line to dry clothes. - Breakfast was lovely. Breakfast is served from 8am-10am, quick table service, and a choice each morning of a lovely selection. Highly recommend the omelette and the chocolate pancakes! - Cleanliness. The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels and the floors were cleaned. The restaurant area also appeared to be very clean. The pool was cleaned every day. - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile, and one morning when we said we were in a rush, and needed to get the bus to go into Dubrovnik at 8.15am, we were offered our morning coffees in take away cups.

The only negative was the mattress, we found it to be incredibly uncomfortable. We felt every spring, it made a loud noise anytime we moved in the night, which made sleeping comfortably difficult. The only solution I think would be to change the mattress.

I had an amazing stay at [Hotel Name]! The service was exceptional, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was breathtaking. The highlight for me was definitely the jacuzzi with its stunning views. Plus, the personalized and delicious breakfast made each morning even more enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again!!

Nothing that would disappoint you

The property is very close to Dubrovnik old town. It is convenient if you travel through this route. We stop every year in this hotel. The swimming pool is great if you travel with kids. Mine love the pool and the sea is close by ,too. You can enjoy the view from the swimming pool.

The main room did not have air conditioning and it was very hot to sleep in. We had to leave the door open to get it cooled down from the air conditioning in the living room.

I had an amazing stay! The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The property had plenty of parking space, which was super convenient. The pool was lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning. Plus, being so close to the beach made the location ideal. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Clean, calm place, swimming pool, there was a place to rest and chill with a view to a mountain after a long and active day. Location also great - about 15-20min to Dubrovnik. Breakfasts were super tasty! However it was not possible to connect to wifi, but it is not a big deal for us. To sumarize it was pleasure to stay :)

Breakfast was marvellous and plentiful with many choices, all prepared and cooked to order. Variations of their standard menu were no problem, the staff went the extra distance to accommodate your requirements.

The background music in the restaurant area was a little too loud for us.

Lovely place, cozy and clean, we had a room with a nice sea view. Owner was very pleasant, sent all instructions how to get into apartment, breakfast is simple but tasty. We had a lack of time to enjoy the pool but villa Babilon worth to stay.

Only 1 knife, it was a bread knife. No basic arrival pack such as tea & coffee. Buses did not run often enough. The hot tub was drained.
