The room was clean, very good value for money. Everything worked well. Extra thanks for the possibility to very late night check-in. The option for free parking was highly appreciated as we rented a car for a few days. The closest bus stop is a 15-20-minute walk away and the bus service is very handy and only costs a few euro. You can even pay by card. A taxi (Uber or Bolt) is only around 10 euros to city centre, just over 10 € to old town. We enjoyed the peace and beautiful view towards the harbour and city centre. In the summer the pool and beach chairs are certainly something very nice. We had the opportunity to enjoy some sunny moments on the nice patio with sunshine throughout the day. Big plus for the air conditioning, which also functions as a heater for cooler days. I strongly recommend this place.

There was no satellite TV and no hairdryer contrary to the description. These were however very minor flaws and did not effect our comfort in any way.

The apartment was beautiful. Amazing view. Great balcony, very clean, big and comfortable. There was a nice pool as well and parking space. We went with our dog and he enjoyed the view and the space.

The only downfall to this place is that the location is quite inconvenient. It is about 15 min away from Dubrovnik's old town by car, or about 1h30min walking. There is limited (or non) public transportation to go and the only option is either drive yourself to Dubrovnik (parking is limited and very expensive) or taking uber (about 15euros). There are no groceries or cafes nearby and the route is right in front of the house which make it quite dangerous to walk.

Parking lot is super tight, in the room few cockroaches came to say hello to us, Air conditioner got stuck during the night, so we got super cold, remote control didnt wanted to work , only in the morning it started working again. Also main doors to our room has a lot of issues to get unlocked and unlocked, so once we came back home st night, we been standing for 10minutes trying to unlock it

Great big room with beautiful balcony views very relaxing

Very upset to find out the pool was out of order when we arrived we were really looking forward to that and the bathroom is really big and could easily fit a washing machine in there

It was perfekt for us. We were driving through Dubrovnik and needed a place to stay for one night. The place was very nice, quiet and clean. The owner was so respectful and friendly. I will definitely book again if I need it. The place is good for the money.

I had a sore neck and back the second morning, I don't know if it was bed or pillow. Also pool was advertised but didn't operate while we were there. Overall I really loved our stay and would love to go back

Clean and tidy apartment with a great view over the harbor. It's a slightly big place to host 4 people comfortably, but there are no divisions. The bathroom is clean and simple and the staff (neighbours) were friendly to point to the right apartment, even though we arrived past midnight.

Amazing sea view and balcony, very nice location, friendly staff. Parking available I definitely recommend it, we were amazed by the view. Sitting on the balcony and eating or drinking something during the sunset was wonderful.
