It has an amazing view! From the property, you can see the sea and the old town. It feels like a dragon could fly over us at any moment—definitely got those Game of Thrones vibes. The property has a bedroom, a lounge, and an incredible outside sitting area. The sunset here is on another level because it's located in a high spot. A 6-Euro Uber ride will get you to the old town. I recommend taking an Uber instead of driving, as parking is a big headache and you’ll end up paying a lot more for parking than for an Uber. For those who walk, it’s a bit steep, so be careful, especially for elderly people—driving is definitely the best option. The shower was a bit tight, but manageable, especially since we have kids to shower. Overall, it’s a five-star property—clean, quick check-in, close to the old town, with breathtaking views. It’s a perfect place to make memories.

The apartment is better than it looks in the pics. The private parking is really a good option. The apartment is quite well furnished and marijan even provided us an iron on request. He was very responsive and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Without a car/uber the place might be a bit difficult to reach if you have luggage as its a steep slope thay you can already see in the pics. Bus schedule is infrequent so uber is the only option mostly as car parking is also expensive in the city.

The view was spectacular. Spotless. Lovely balcony . Little kitchen & fridge were invaluable. Highly recommended accommodation.

The stairs to get up to it, esp with luggage & if someone was infirm. Also need to get a taxi or Uber in & out of the city .

The viewa overlooking Dubrovnik were superb from the beautiful. spacious balcony, and also from each window... You can drive up to the building and there is parking right behind...The apartment is directly above the highway from Port Gruz.....We walked into town everyday but walking back up is challenging....

I would have liked if there was an oven....There is a stovetop though....

The property was well equipped, clean and with the amazing view to the heart of the city. We had everything what we needed. The landlord gave us opportunity to check-in earlier what made our first day longer sightseeing the old town and near area. Thanks for lovely week ☺️

Everything was Amazing! The apartment was very clean, calm, perfectly equipped and with the most amazing sea view from the balcony. Marijan was a great host, he was very responsive and polite and he provided us a booklet with all the informations for the facility, the city tours and places to visit in Dubrovnik. We enjoyed a lot staying at Marjan place, we highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik and we will definitely come again!

It was a nice, clean apartment on the hill which offered a beautiful mountain view and partial city view from the balcony. I rented a car, so it only took about 10 minutes to get to the old town (City Wall), otherwise you can take a bus 100 meters down the hill, which takes about 20 minutes more or less.

Parking. Clean and new. Laundry service. Friendly staff. Nice balcony on unit 6. Great view.

Fridge was too small to hold food if you plan to cook there. The wind on the balcony was cold, it may be nice if it was in the hot summer. We visited in May. Too far from old city and beach to walk.

Very nice flat Terass was wonderful Great AC Furniture is nice but beds need extra madrass on top of it too Hard to sleep on. Check in time was perfect

Too little kitchen tools You need a car its far from the sea and centrum and on a hill. No near by shop ... Expensive home No pool

The host was exceptional in communication. He also was so hospitable and kind after our flight was delayed 3 hours and we showed up almost at midnight. We really appreciated his kindness in that moment. He also allowed us to store our luggage at the building after we'd checked out. Great communication and great hospitality. Thank you Villa Dadic!
