This is my second stay at Casa Laurea and I will definitely be returning again in the future! Nika the host is very friendly, helpful and even managed to get me checked in earlier. I had the same apartment as my previous stay. The block is well maintained with it being spotless as well as the pool area too. The apartment I had was well finished. They are well equipped and I didn’t really hear any other residents during my stay. The location is great for walks to Zaton with a beach only being 15 minutes walk away. I had a hire car for my trip and there is sufficient parking for several cars, Dubrovnik and the old town are a 20 minute drive away but there are many other lovely villages and towns to visit too here. I really recommend the restaurant directly opposite the apartment building which is both dine in and takeaway. There’s also a petrol station a minute up the road and Zaton has a few supermarkets and restaurants all walkable. Since my previous stay there has been signage added to help with locating Casa Laurea which is a brilliant addition. There was also a guide in the apartment for local beaches, shops and other locations which was appreciated. It also looks like a new door has been added to the block to allow easy access to the pool which is a great addition.

Nika was a great host.We arrived late and were able to self check in.Nika contacted us via WhatsApp throughout our stay. He also arranged to replenish towels for us throughout our stay and his directions ect were very helpful on our arrival. Our Apartment was number 9 & I would recommend this unit as it’s pool facing. The complex was very modern and clean.Really nice pool with sun loungers & swim towels were provided. We had a really comfy sofa couch bed aswell as two large single beds ,a TV in both the bedroom and sitting room.Loads of wardrobe space.Large Bathroom with rain shower. Our balcony overlooked the pool and got the sun until late afternoon. Aircon unit in both the sitting room and bedroom.Giardino’s at the end of the road is a lovely pizzeria & bar literally a two minute walk from the complex.

We didn’t rent a car so we’re reliant on using Uber (which was very reasonable €40 each way from Dubrovnik airport to Pinji, €18 each way to old town pile gate drop off & pick up & €6 each way to Zaton village the closest supermarket) Unfortunately you can’t walk anywhere from Pinji as although Zaton village is only 2KM away ,there is no footpath so you have to walk on the side of a busy main road. The speed of trucks down the road is insane & not suitable for kids. We walked down around 500meters and returned as the road was just too busy and it felt really unsafe . I would stay in Casa Laurea again and recommend it to anyone with a rental car as there is loads of free onsite parking. If you’re happy to Uber daily then also stay at Casa Laurea as it worked for us.

We stayed at Casa Laurea for a long weekend – our apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and well equipped with a huge bathroom and bedroom, living area and kitchen. An added bonus was the outside seating area and gorgeous pool. It’s in a lovely area, with a great pizza restaurant/bar just round the corner. There is also a few waterside restaurants and a supermarket around a ten min walk away, which is really handy. Ubers are really easy to book from here to go in to the old town/airport, but I also believe there are buses if preferred. Nika, the host is super responsive and helpful – the check in process was very simple and the apartment doors are coded which saves the need to carry a key/card around. This was a great place to stay as a couple, I’d also happily stay here on my own, it was very safe in a nice residential neighbourhood, with amenities close by.

Kristina was very responsive and helpful before and during our visit. WiFi, aircon, shower, appliances were all great and thoughtful things like a cold bottle of water on arrival, coffee supply, toiletries, dishwasher tabs, etc. The restaurant just a few steps away was very convenient and open till late - the food was great.

The apartment was amazing so clean and really modern. The host went above and beyond she even arranged a transfer for us to the airport last minute. Would really recommend . It is a little outside the city of Dubrovnik but uber is really cheap

Zaton was a great location to stay in, a clean and quiet town only a stones throw away from Dubrovnik. Everything you need is also in walking distance with shops and restaurants nearby. The host was excellent and we really liked the apartment with the pool being a highlight. We would definitely visit again.

The flat was very new, big and modern, the pool was great! There is a very nice pizza place 2 min walk.

It's 15 minutes from Dubrovnik and you need

Very clean room, good amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion; many towels including beach towels). We stayed at top room which has 3 bedrooms in two stories. Very nice views from balconies on both sides. Good facilities in the living room. 10min drive to Dubrovnik, so it’s convenient.

2 rooms are in the attics - recommend to shut off the shutters and blinds during the day in summer as the rooms get very hot during the day and one of the rooms does not have aircon. Once we did that, the rooms were cool and comfortable at night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, very modern and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. We rented a car (which I'd advise) and it was around a 20 minute drive into Dubrovnik. The pool was also very good. I'd return again.
