I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Orabelle, and I must say it was the most peaceful and enjoyable stay I have ever experienced. The hospitality at Villa Orabelle was truly exceptional. As a warm welcome gesture, we were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and a bottle of wine awaiting us in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our visit. They not only helped us book an exciting excursion to Bosnia but also secured front seats on the bus, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the breathtaking landscapes along the way. Despite the regular breakfast service starting at 7 am, the staff graciously accommodated our early departure by providing us with a delicious breakfast ahead of schedule. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel valued as guests. The overall experience at Villa Orabelle was nothing short of exquisite. Boutique small hotel with fantastic staff & wonderful views. We arrived on my birthday to birthday wishes and a lovely bijoux chocolate Birthday Cake to welcome me. Breakfasts are legendary and the evening restaurant is Michelin level dining but very good value considering the price of eating out in the Old Town - so make sure to eat in one night too.

We were staying in Room 12 and it was very hot & sunny with lovely double sun bed on our private terrace. However, we could not use the terrace as there was no shade. Ideally some retractable, small umbrella or part coverage on the pergola would have been the answer. Apart from that everything was fantastic.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view! Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the provided toiletries (body wash/shampoo/conditioner) were actually really nice! Also loved the complimentary bottle of wine and the little treats left on our bed every night. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Old Town or a £5-6 Uber.

The bed was a little firm for my taste, but that was most of the places we stayed in Croatia. It also would’ve been really nice if they had a free shuttle to take guests to/from old town. However the walk wasn’t bad and an Uber was relatively cheap.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Orabelle and were lucky enough to stay in Room 12, which had a stunning view overlooking the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with that view was truly special. The villa was spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional—always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the whole property felt beautifully maintained. There are two lovely pool areas to enjoy—perfect for unwinding with a drink or soaking up the sun. It’s also just a short walk down to the pebble beach and rocks, where we enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the sea. The location is ideal—about 20 minutes’ scenic walk to Dubrovnik’s Old Town, or a quick taxi ride if preferred. Highly recommend Villa Orabelle for anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming stay in Dubrovnik. Would definitely return!

Lovely location, a 20 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but close enough to walk into every night if you wanted to do so. We had room 11 which had a terrace and a lounge bed which was a fabulous way to begin/end the day - would highly recommend. Breakfasts were amazing, so much choice and staff really friendly and accommodating. Made even better by the fabulous panoramic seaview. Felt like we were in an oasis and away from all of the corporates/large hotels including the one next door!

Parking can be very challenging although staff did all they could to acomodate and help people

We were welcomed and given a tour of the property. We liked the option for two pools. for the most part the pool side was quiet (probablu not suited well for children) and there was always room. The breakfasts were exceptional 'buffet in an a la cart way'. The location was great, although we mostly stayed by pool side. The staff were attentive, kind and helpful...... in the restaurant, housekeeping, reception and poolside areas. We were next to Bellevue Beach which was amazing. The villa was very handy to Old Town and the bus service was very good. I used the spa treatment in the sister hotel and would recommend. We would stay again.

We liked it so much we would come back. But it rained one day and we were stuck in our room as there wasn't really anywhere to go around the property, it was made worst because our room was 'windowless. / translucent glass at a wall. Maybe a little expensive but we were there at peak time.

Lovely property located in ideal area from Old Town. Staff were so pleasant. Food was great and the views and pool area a welcome retreat from the warmth. Would stay there again definitely!

We had to deal with several bugs and cobwebs in the room

A piece of heaven! So worth it to have a private patio off your room! Everything was PERFECT to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Bring your water shoes for the beach that is below!

Lovely location, great breakfasts.

I arrived at the beginning of the season and had to hunt out the restaurant staff one day when I wanted a drink and something to eat by the pool, on another day a guest had to go and ask for pool towels as there were none out.

We loved everything about Villa Orabelle. The staff was friendly, helpful and really made our stay exceptional. The pool area is very comfortable and has fabulous views. A pitcher of Sangria in the afternoon after touring the Old City enhanced our pool time. The location is also very nice. The cliffside views of the Adriatic are spectacular, and yet the hotel is only a 15 minute walk to the Old City. The included breakfasts every morning were also a nice surprise. You order off the breakfast menu and everything is included. No buffet here! A special acknowledgment of Eva, who waited on us several times. Her service, assistance and smile made every day a bit more special. Thank you!
