Staying in this lovely hotel on Sipan Island was a highlight of our trip. It was so beautiful and quiet - really relaxing! Hotel Bozica has a real "family-run" feel. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The building is getting a bit on the older side, but it's beautiful and we were comfortable in our rooms. We ate at the hotel for dinner every night and the restaurant had good variety. We stayed with children and they loved the pool and the short walk to the public pebble beach. Oh, and I would recommend to book the hotel transfer with the "James Bond speedboat arrival" - it was so cool and much easier arriving straight at the hotel dock with staff available to help us with our bags. Otherwise, I imagine you will have to lug them from the public ferry stop in town (and there's a hill).

It was such an amazing, comfortable hotel with private area leading to the Adriatic Sea which was perfect for bathing. We had such a lovely stay and did not want to leave. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the evening meals were delicious. All the staff were attentive , friendly and could not do enough for you. We loved our room with balcony and view of the gorgeous sea enjoying seeing all the sailing boats come and go. It was totally relaxing. It does have a lot of steps up from the beach but that was fine. We made use of the chance to be picked up from the airport via a taxi then a speed boat ride right up to the hotel which was fab. Paddle boards and kayaks were free to use and beach towels were provided.

Nothing The WiFi was a bit and miss which could be a problem for some people but we were on holiday and didn’t need it. No instructions to work tv but we wouldn’t have used it .

Beautiful location, stunning views, this has the feel of a family run hotel. We were greeted by reception staff when we arrived, as if we'd visited before (we hadn't) and the feeling of being in a small friendly hotel is increasingly rare these days. We visited the other village on the island, and also other islands so there was plenty to do in the week we had

This is an expensive hotel in terms of meals. Bottled water is €5, for example (no tap water is served). There are only 3 restaurants in the local village, no one serves snacks or sandwiches at lunchtime and there is only 1 very small supermarket. It's a quiet island, this suited us but may not be to everyone's tastes.

This was a fabulous hotel in a great location on the island of Sipan. It was exceptionally clean. The food and drinks were of the highest quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It had a lovely private bathing area with sun loungers, showers and an outdoor changing area. It was a short walk to the village of Sudurad, where that were restaurants, a small shop and the ferry port. There was also a regular bus service to the other main village on the island, Sipanska Luka. The ferries and local bus were always on time. It was an hour to Dubrovnik on the catamaran ferry. Dubrovnik was beautiful and we spent 2 days visiting. Croatia is our new favourite place and we will definitely be going back to Dubrovnik, Sipan and the Hotel Bozica.

Nothing really - it was one of the best holidays we've every had. The food and drink is more expensive than the UK, but that is a minor problem when everything else is so wonderful.

An absolutely incredible holiday. This is a gorgeous family run hotel that delivers an effortless, low key 5 star service that feels like a home from home. The food was delicious and the restaurant service was second to none. The dedicated cocktail specialists and the staff's knowledge of local wines really added to the experience. Food in Croatia has become expensive due to the move to the euro last year. We found the hotel restaurant good value for the quality difference between local alternatives. We jumped the bus and the ferry for a bit of exploring but this is essentially a location to relax and get away from it all. We enjoyed hiring the hotel kayaks and did two or three snorkelling sessions each day on different islands loving all the fish. The private speedboat transfer is a must and couldn't have gone more smoothly in either direction. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay we will, like the many friends we made there, be back.

The location was stunning - beautiful position and the water was so clear, lovely for swims in the sea. Very peaceful. Easy to walk to Sudurad harbour and get the ferry across to Lopud for a few hours. Reception staff very helpful with queries before our arrival and helping with transfers from Dubrovnik Old Town and back to the airport. We enjoyed a couple of very good meals in the restaurant. Very clean rooms and delightful staff.

Breakfast was ok, but a bit disappointed to see what looked like diluted squash rather than fruit juice on the buffet. I found the pillows a little uncomfortable and the bathroom lighting was very dim, but the outside terrace was lovely.

The location is amazing. Wonderful island life with pristine water. Staff are super helpful. Other side of the island is also gorgeous ( we have electric bikes but there is a bus service) and 6 minutes by Ferry is another island Lupod. Plenty to see and do let alone enjoying the loungers around on the beach or the pool. We came with a car. Was a bit tricky driving to hotel once off ferry as Google Maps kept putting us crook but we got there and parking is available. Ferry ride is about an hour and easy but just get time table as some days they vary and usually only twice a day. There are a few choices re restaurants including eating in. Breakfast is good.

wifi. it’s a pain and not strong. Hot water at night can get less but still okay but the earlier you shower the better.

It was an outstanding stay! The location/view of the hotel is just unreal and breathtaking. The beach is very clean and the water super clear. Great food and and very nice staff. I especially want to highlight the guy named Vinko working there. He was very helpful with organizing activities and made our stay even more beautiful with his professional yet very friendly and kind manner. We‘ll come back for sure.

It's very difficult to find fault with Hotel Bozica - the private transfer, the friendly & very helpful staff, the location, delicious breakfast etc. We had a very happy week there. The only criticism I have is the lunch & dinner menu in the restaurant stayed the same the whole week and wasn't sufficiently varied but there are other places to eat. I would recommend walking down to the little port of Sudurad for drinks and/or supper; getting the bus to Sipanska for the evening or a day trip; taking the ferry to Lopud for the day - have lunch at Obala (we had the best lunch there by far) and then get a golf cart to the beach. I would also highly recommend the restaurant Trisestre next to the hotel. The excellent ferry service leaves Sudurad several times a day and does the Lopud/Kolocep/Dubrovnik circuit so you can easily do a day trip to Dubrovnik too if you leave early enough. But if you just want to relax by the pool or by the sea, there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, the sea is beautifully clear and the views to die for.

First the location is beautiful, then you arrive by boat, the hotel is really nice and hanging on a cliff. The staff is simply wonderful, we got to know them through the years. And the food is so fresh, well prepared, served with attention, this is a place we keep coming back because we haven't found a better heaven yet.

Honestly, there is nothing I would change. Maybe just simplifying how you get the paddle boards and to purchase more of them. Otherwise, there is really nothing I would change. I will certainly come back.
