The apartment was absolutely beautiful, exactly the way it looks in the photos. Perfectly clean, spacious and with modern appliances and amenities. We couldn't get enough of the stunning view from the window, overlooking the Lovrijenac Fort. The location was perfect, very calm and cozy but only 5min walk to the Old Town and Pile Harbor. Marko was an amazing host, very friendly and always available, always making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. He even managed to arrange an early check-in for us at the peak of high season which we really appreciated. We will definitely book again if we're ever back in Dubrovnik!

Our stay was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The space was immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. What truly made our experience special was Marko, our host, who was incredibly gracious and welcoming. From helpful local tips to ensuring we had everything we needed, his hospitality went above and beyond. He even lent us some beach towels and organised luggage storage on our last day. He was basically amazing. The location was convenient and had a lovely view of Old Town. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Superb stay in a lovely apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, all the equipment high quality, the bathroom excellent and the bed comfortable but the highlight had to be the view over Dubrovnik! The small patio was a lovely place to enjoy a cooling drink after a busy day exploring Dubrovnik. Marko, the owner, offers airport transfers and we were so glad we took him up on this offer. The older areas of Dubrovnik are a maze of small alleys and stairs with very few street signs , so finding your way is not easy. Marko took us straight to his apartment - just a short walk from the nearest road - so not far to carry luggage. From the apartment it is easy to walk into the old city via Pile Gate - lots of steps - but that's just part of the Dubrovnik experience ( although we did find a route back that was mainly on paths with very few steps!) We would most certainly stay in Cava Apartments again .

Everything was perfect. Totally professionally run apartments but with a most welcome personal touch from the owner. A real find !

Spacious apartment with a super well equipped kitchen! Comfy Bed and felt well looked after, very modern and loved the tall ceilings. The best part is definitely the view from the window, can’t be beaten! Marko who manages the property is super accommodating and responsive to messages, he even took us on an evening tour of the city & provided a complimentary bottom of wine!

2 tiny improvements - as a British girl I would have loved some breakfast tea bags. We also could have benefitted from more shower jel being provided for our 3 day stay. Super small details, everything else was perfect :)

Loved apartment clean and well equipped, as we arrived very late in the evening Marko the owner arranged some breakfast options for us for the morning which was very thoughtful. Also being very helpful during our stay with tour options on Dubrovnik. Location is less than 5 min walk to old town. Heaps of cafe and restaurant options. Highly recommend the stay.

With all the years of travel and accommodation stays I couldn’t fault anything about this property.

This property was outstanding. Amazing views of the old town and sea, all within walking distance. Location was neighbourly and safe, there’s a small supermarket and bakery just five minutes up the stairs, and within ten minutes you can be within the heart of the old town. Marko our host was so welcoming, his suggestion on taxi-drop off to avoid the walk-up from Pile Gate with suitcases in the heat was very helpful! Kitchen was well-equipped so we could make breakfast and lunches at home. We travelled as a couple and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The location of the property is fantastic (but you need to be able to climb some stairs). It is clean and has everything needed. The host, Marko, was helpful and very accomodating of all our needs.

There were not many available TV channels, but we were not in Dubrovnik to watch TV, I'm trying to find some negatives of an excellent accomodation.

The location was great! It was fairly close to the entrance of the old town and it was also close to restaurants. We also had a nice view of the old fort from our window. It was a very good place to stay to experience Dubrovnik!.

We really liked everything about the apartment. it was very spacious and similar to staying at an Airbnb. There are no services like there is at a hotel. I understand that this type of setup is fairly common in Dubrovnik

We spent 2 days in Apartments Cava Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, well equipped with amenities, with drinks and food in the fridge. The view from the bedroom window was amazing, looking directly at the sea and the fortress! The apartment has a perfect location as it's near Dubrovnik Old Town and close to the taxi station that can take you anywhere. The host was always available for any questions and would respond in a matter of minutes and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik! But it's worth it! :)

This property was the highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the old city from the bedroom window. There is a lovely terrace at the entrance of the apartment where we could enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine that we received while enjoying a good book. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and provided great information about Dubrovnik. They were also able to arrange for a parking space for us very near the apartment. We could not recommend this property more highly - grab it if you can get it!

Though it was not a problem for us (and it affords the spectacular view), be aware that there are quite a lot of steps to get from the old city to the apartment.
