I stayed here many times already. It’s a very nice small and friendly hotel perfectly located if you like being near Playa Grande and round the corner from Alem, very well known Road for its nice restaurants cafes and shops. The best thing of the hotel is, without doubt, their breakfast. Truly outstanding homemade and fresh food and wide variety. From fruits and yogurts, including a machine to make your own freshly squeezed Orange juice , to cheese hams , the most deliscious croissants ( medias lunas, not what you get in Europe), variety of fresh breads , home made jams, and variety of cakes, pastries , Cookies and seeet biscuits , all home made by the girls on the kitchen. You can also ask for eggs , cooked as you’d likely made into omelettes.

The size of the downstairs room was a bit small and that floor felt very claustrophobic.

Professional staff, clean, and modern amenities. Location was perfect. It appeared to be a safe neighborhood. You have alem street with great shops and places (but I couldn’t find bar Tijuana). You have a short walk to the awesome beach of mardel.

Location is simply perfect. Around the corner from Alem St. The beds and showers are beyond comfortable The staff both at front desk and kitchen are simply divine. It is evident that they have had proper training on how to act, react and accommodate guests. We leave with a smile on our faces thanks to them

There were a few tiny bugs in the room and the bathroom cleanliness wasn’t excellent.

Super friendly staff! The location is great for restaurants and proximity to the beach. The breakfast buffet was nicely setup and had a good selection of fruits, juices and pastries. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel overall was clean.

The rooms and bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable to move around. For a night or two, no big deal. For long term stay, the rooms are just too small.

Breakfast, staff and location were the best thing. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Heating in the room was not efficient enough and there's no lift vailable.

You had to make your own orange juice. The bedroom was quite small. The bathroom was not working properly. At night, you could hear everything they were doing on the room next door.
