Beautiful old fashioned hotel, with a distinct 1970’s vibe. You can just pull up and park outside. There is a huge restaurant area, both inside and on the terrace. Breakfast is included, with a pretty good range of options. Best of all, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. When we locked ourselves out of our car, they immediately arranged for locksmiths to come out, and when they were unsuccessful and we ended up having to smash a window, the hotel lent us a vacuum cleaner and brush to sweep up the glass.

If you turn up quite late in the evening, like we did, you won’t find the restaurant open, and you will have to drive 15 minutes back down the mountain to Veria to eat.

The location of the property is in the beautiful countryside. Incredibly peaceful and serene! The staff is amazing! Maria went above and beyond to help me and ensured our stay was comfortable! We could not ask for a kinder or more responsive host. The family is so hospitable, and Maria’s mom is an excellent chef, breakfast was delicious with super fresh local produce. We loved the town of Veria. It has fantastic restaurants, every meal we ate was excellent. The hotel was an excellent value as well! We highly recommend Hotel Kapsalis — a peaceful, serene place to unwind!

Everything was fantastic!

The place is situated away from the city husstle. You can enjoy a quiet and nature friendly atmosphere. The restaurant of the hotel offers not big variety, but high quality food. It is a deal! There is a vast grass yard surrounded by fence where you can let your children play on the slide and the swings or do football exercises while you have a drink of ouzo in the shade of the terrace. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes to get to the city and find some local sightseeings, if the comfort of the place is not enough for you.

Very nice family hotel with beautiful nature surrounding it. Nice and quiet location. Very clean, stuff is extra nice. We slept there twice, before and after our vacation in Kefalonia. They have restaurant with tasty domestic cuisine, reasonable price. Breakfast is good. On our second stay, when we were going home, we had to leave early, around 04:00, so they prepare food for us to bring. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, super friendly staff and the service. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, free internet within the whole are of the hotel. The only small minus is poor sound proofing but it is completely compensated by the rest values of the place. Hotel located in the very quiet area surrounded by the mountains. Has large equipped children's playground right in front of the hotel and horseback riding for children.

The hotel is located a few kilometers away from Veroia and in the outskirts of the nearby village. Rock and wood gift the place with character. Trees and flowers are dominant. The hotel has a park and our kids loved it. Our room is huge. Wood of top quality is used for the furniture and the doors. Mattresses, pillows, and linen are great. Also, soundproofing must be very efficient. We heard nothing from other guests, and we enjoyed long and undisturbed sleep. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Homemade marmalade (four flavors!) and homemade pies along with freshly cooked bread and omelets reminds to us the way our grandparents used to feed us. Of course, fresh juice and coffee, eggs, tomatoes, croissants, honey, yogurt, cheese, and ham are on the table. Please note that breakfast is not a buffet. All these are served on guests' tables! The owner made sure we enjoyed our meal and asked us if we wanted to refill. All in all, highly recommended!

We loved everything!

Delightful family-run hotel, all really friendly and ever so helpful, just a short drive (5-8 min) up into the beautiful, wooded mountain above Veria; good roads, really good service and value, perfect base camp for exploring the area (Veria, Aigai / Vergina, Naoussa, Edessa...)

Fresh air, nice place to play with kids, very friendly hosts, clean and tidy rooms. Good food and nice service, parking spots in front of the hotel. Recommended !

Maybe breakfast can be improved a bit, but this is more of a personal opinion maybe, not something to be concerned.

Hotel feels a bit oldish, in the bathroom some things are not working as expected, a bit too far from the town, don’t forget to have lunch/dinner before checking in.

Really pleasent stay, in a clean and welcoming location. Owned and run by a family, everything was superlative, lot of help from the staff. Food was also good, all my group of families were satisfied. Fresh air being located in a forest area. I had a problem with my car and they gave me lot of support.
