The apartment was clean and comfortable with a very powerful hot shower, well stocked kitchen and nice balcony. The digital door entry works well too. Helpful reception staff. We hired bikes from the apartment garage for £6 per day! The location of the complex is perfect, 10 minutes walk through the park to the town or 5 minutes to the beach and busy promenade. 1 minute away is a brilliant brewery bar underground with 6 beers on tap all for 13 zloty (£2.80) for 0.5L. Another brewery is on the 7th floor of the Hamilton hotel 5 mins walk away, only 3 beers on but same prices! The breakfast food was brilliant with so much choice and high quality fruit juiced nice coffee and bread.

The pillows were awful - too big and too soft with no support. The bed was very creaky so everytime yiu turn over you wake your partner. The breakfast room in the Bistro Rondo is chaotic. The layout is very poor with the coffee machine next to the food so a long queue forms for coffee blocking the food. The fruit and bread and coffee cups are tucked into a corner so you have to push through the coffee queue or stand in a long line with hot food going cold just to reach the bread. The coffee machine needs moving to a separate area. Also there is no toaster! So no toast!

I didn’t like hours of check-out. Even though the breakfast hour was scheduled till 11:00, you have to don checkout till 10:00. Fortunately reception allowed me stay till 11:00.. maybe is it something to consider to change? I decided to use private parking, however the parking gate was not working properly.

The room was exceptionally clean, staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the receptionist, who managed to organize early check-in (and apart from that helped to solve couple of another problems for us), that was very important for me, as I travelled with child and cat.

I didn't experience any issue there, even a small one.

Great place for a family, near the beach.

The breakfast wasn't that great and it was a bit difficult to check in when the reception was closed. Hard to find and communicate with the man at the security. But it worked out at the end!

Close to the beach and easily assesible by foot to other places

No internet all through my stay, I complained and nothing was done. No microwave in the facility

Wifi was really bad in last floor.

The breakfast was really good for the price. The apartment has enough place. There is a washing machine, cooking place, dishes and dishwasher. The location is not far from the beach and tourist spots.

Unfortunately, there is no security guard or personal who control the location. Our neighbors in other apartment were so LOUD, drinking beer outside the terrace with LOUD music until 3 AM in the morning for 2 nights. We couldn't really sleep well. My recommendation is you put a RULE: NO LOUD NOISE from 23 o'clock in the evening and a Personal who control the location. The terrace has no FENCE. Our neighbors sat outside our window. That was annoying! We tried to be patient because we didn't want to have an argument with drunk people.
