The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location and the rooftop sauna with a beach view. 1. Location – This is probably the hotel closest to the beach in the entire area. 2. Parking – You can park inside the building, but you’ll need some driving skills to navigate the car elevator. 3. Rooms – Clean and tidy, with a bathtub included. 4. Rooftop – There’s a pool and a sauna on the top floor, where you can enjoy the sauna while watching the beach. This is truly a unique experience. Please note: Sauna and pool facilities close at 9 PM.

No downsides. Just keep in mind that the parking elevator might take a little getting used to.

I really liked the pancake machine in the breakfast buffet: I made my own fresh pancakes with the push of a button. I also had a blast playing pingpong in the fitness room and joining a free yoga class on the sun-lit terrace. And I rented a bike from the hotel which was really convenient.

The wifi was a bit unreliable. I found the bed a bit too soft - but solved it by sleeping really well on the sleeper couch that we had in the room.

I’m so delighted to have discovered this grand and fabulous hotel…It certainly surpassed all my expectations. My compliments won’t dry up! Situated directly on the magnificent sandy beach (we could see both sunrise and moonset) its rooms with balconies overlook the sea. It offered everything I wished for : 3 different sauna, gorgeous swimming pool with whirlpool, a rooftop Wintergarten overlooking the ocean where one can lounge at night, a bar with live music and dancing on Saturday night, a beautiful restaurant where a copious breakfast buffet is served (it has also a Sommergarten with outdoor swimming pool closed in winter of course ). The hotel is located 100 metres from the long pier (lively with its shops and restaurants) and is also directly in the village, a few steps to the a number of shops and restaurants. I was upgraded to a Superior comfort room with bottles of water and snack and lovely toiletries in the large and modern bathroom plus a basket with bathrobe and water for the sauna/pool. The room was extremely spacious and quiet with a huge bed separated by an elegant piece of furniture from a lounge area (with sofa, coffee table and armchair) giving directly onto a balcony (with table and chairs) that overlooked the beach. There is a fridge. The bed and bedding (pillows) were superb. The wifi was great. The staff friendly. What can I say more? A dream place to spend some days on an exceptionally beautiful beach. I will visit again!

Liked the quirkiness of it, the great facilities and location.

A bit hard to find your way around the property, lots of hallways, elevators and weird directions to go. It seems bits were added on over time. More signage would have been good.

There was a musty smell coming from the drains in the bathroom

There’s a sound from the pool pump that runs all night. It’s quiet and not disturbing, but it can hide the beautiful sound of the sea.

Location, view,clean, bed is comfortable, friendly staff.

The decor of the dining hall, corridors, and the reception hall feels like it is from the 90s.

Fantastic location, beautiful garden with see view and the best breakfast buffet you can have! Very cool terrace (Wintergarten).

Deco is a bit old fashioned, and they have trinkets showcased for sale at the front desk
